예루살렘 기도 목록 – 2021년 2월 4일

이번 안식일 토라 포션은 파라샷 이트로(이드로), 출애굽기 18:1~20:23입니다. 하프타라(선지서에서 읽는 말씀)은 아쉬케나지 유대인들에게는 이사야 6:1~7:6; 9:5-6이고 스파라드 유대인들에게는 이사야 6:1-13입니다. 신약성경에서 읽는 말씀은 마태복음 8:5-20입니다.
이번 주에 읽는 말씀은 성경에서 가장 극적인 말씀에 드는 말씀입니다. 이스라엘 자손은 애굽을 떠나 홍해를 마른 땅으로 건넌 지 겨우 두 달 되었고, 지금은 시내산자락에 모여 1급 만남을 준비하라고 명령 받습니다. 이 토라 포션에서 우리가 마주치는 첫 번째 것은 제게 매우 흥미롭습니다. “모세의 장인이며 미디안 제사장인 이드로가 하나님이 모세에게와 자기 백성 이스라엘에게 하신 일 곧 여호와께서 이스라엘을 애굽에서 인도하여 내신 모든 일을 들으니라 모세의 장인 이드로가 모세가 돌려 보냈던 그의 아내 십보라와 그의 두 아들을 데리고 왔으니 그 하나의 이름은 게르솜이라 이는 모세가 이르기를 내가 이방에서 나그네가 되었다 함이요 하나의 이름은 엘리에셀이라 이는 내 아버지의 하나님이 나를 도우사 바로의 칼에서 구원하셨다 함이더라 모세의 장인 이드로가 모세의 아들들과 그의 아내와 더불어 광야에 들어와 모세에게 이르니 곧 모세가 하나님의 산에 진 친 곳이라 그가 모세에게 말을 전하되 네 장인 나 이드로가 네 아내와 그와 함께 한 그의 두 아들과 더불어 네게 왔노라 모세가 나가서 그의 장인을 맞아 절하고 그에게 입 맞추고 그들이 서로 문안하고 함께 장막에 들어가서” – 출애굽기 18:1-7 우리는 모세가 애굽에서 바로를 대하며 이스라엘 자손을 애굽 종살이에서 해방시킬 것을 요구하던 내내 그의 가족과 함께 있지 않았음을 알게 됩니다. 그는 그의 아내와 아이들을 미디안 제사장인 그의 장인 이드로에게 맡겼었습니다. 제게는 이것이 아주 흥미롭습니다. 이것은 아브라함과 이삭과 야곱의 전능하신 하나님, 우주의 창조주와 직접 만났던 모세가 그의 장인 이드로에 대해 적대감이나 종교적 열성을 느끼지 않음을 보여줍니다. 제게 훨씬 더 흥미로운 점은 모세가 그의 장인에 대해 적대감을 갖지 않았으며, 이스라엘 자손에 대한 그의 리더십 관리 방법에 대하여 해준 좋은 행정적 조언을 기꺼이 받아들였다는 것입니다. 제가 이 본문 말씀에서 저 자신에 대해 뭘 배우느냐고요? 한 사람이 위대한 선생, 성경학자, 좋은 아버지일 수는 있으나, 위대하고 유능한 행정가는 아닐 수 있다는 것입니다. 미디안 제사장 이드로는 모세에게 권한을 위임하고 이스라엘 진영의 행정을 조직하는 방법을 가르쳐주고 있습니다. 제가 기독교 교회와 운동들의 리더십에게서 보고 싶은 것은 이렇습니다: 1. 다른 종교계 지도자들이 여러분의 신앙과 완전히 다를지라도 그들에 대해 적의를 갖지 않는 것. 2. 첨예한 비난과 이견이 있을지라도 다른 종교적 신념을 가진 지도자들과 그 소속자들을 존중하고 항상 정중한 태도를 갖는 것. 여러분은 서로 비난하고 토론하고 심지어 논쟁도 할 수 있지만, 칭찬 받을만한 부분에 대해서는 칭찬해 주십시오. 예슈아께서는 바리새인을 대단히 비난하신 분이셨지만 동시에 칭찬할 것에 대해서는 대단히 칭찬하시기도 하셨습니다: “이에 예수께서 무리와 제자들에게 말씀하여 이르시되 서기관들과 바리새인들이 모세의 자리에 앉았으니 그러므로 무엇이든지 그들이 말하는 바는 행하고 지키되 그들이 하는 행위는 본받지 말라 그들은 말만 하고 행하지 아니하며” – 마태복음 23:1-3 이견을 가지고 논쟁을 할 수 있지만 그래도 칭찬 받을만한 부분에 대해서는 칭찬해 주십시오. 모세와 이드로의 만남 시에, “모세가 나가서 그의 장인을 맞아 절하고 그에게 입 맞추고 그들이 서로 문안하고 함께 장막에 들어가서” – 출애굽기 18:7 3. 여러분이 좋은 조언을 받을 때는 그것을 받아들여 실행하십시오. 여러분은 때때로 여러분의 반대편에 있는 사람이나 심지어 대단히 이견을 가진 사람들에게서조차 좋은 것을 배울 수 있습니다. 예의바르고 정직한 것과, 이견과 논쟁이 있을 때 쟁점을 논의하며 사람들의 평판을 나쁘게 하지 않는 것이 어떤 상황에도 훨씬 유익합니다. 예슈아의 바리새인들 비난은 날카롭고 강력했지만, 그들에게 합당한 칭찬을 해주고 그들의 권위를 인정한 다음이었습니다. 우리 모두가 토라와 선지서로부터 배워야 할 것이 아주 많습니다. 4. 저는 이 토라 포션을 읽을 때마다 제가 주님의 일에 있어 네티비야의 젊은 지도자들에게 권한을 위임하고 그들과 부담을 나누는 것을 배우기까지 너무 오래 걸린 것에 죄책감을 느낍니다. 저는 오랜 시간이 지나고 코로나 팬데믹 바로 직전에서야 겨우, 저보다 훨씬 조직화되고 능력 있는 다음 세대 지도자들에게 리더십을 위임한 것 같습니다. 저는 네티비야를 위해 후원하고 기도하시는 여러분 모두께, 저희 젊은 지도자들인 예후다와 다비드와, 스텝들인 다니엘과 아담과 니르와 에녹과 티지스와 낸시와, 이사들인 개리와 사이이치와 자이를 모든 면에서 전적으로 지지해주시고 후원해 주시기를 부탁드립니다. 이들은 모두 최고의 자질을 갖추고 주님께 헌신된 남녀입니다! 이번 토라 포션에서 또 다른 대단한 사건은 시내산에서 모세와 이스라엘 자손에게 토라를 주신 것입니다. 이것은 이스라엘 역사뿐만 아니라 세계 역사에서도 가장 중요한 사건 중 하나입니다. 인류 역사에, 모세가 산에 올라 40일 후에 토라를 가지고 특히 십계명을 가지고 내려온 그 때 이스라엘에게 토라를 준 사건 보다 인류의 모습을 형성한 사건은 없습니다. 저는 중국 우한시에서의 제 경험을 여러분과 나눠야 할 것 같습니다. 저는 중국 후베이성 부성장의 초대를 받아 정부가 후원하는 기독교 신학교에 가서 말씀을 가르쳤습니다. 제가 우한에 도착한 첫째 날 8천만 시민이 있고 프랑스 영토 면적보다 더 큰 그 성의 부성장과의 점심식사에서, 그 부성장은 즐겁게 성경을 읽었다고 말했습니다. 저는 그녀에게 왜냐고 물었습니다. 그녀는 그것이 최초의 공산주의 문헌이기 때문이라고 말했습니다! 저는 충격을 받았습니다! 저는 어떻게 그러냐고 물었습니다. 그녀는 “이 책이 최초로 ‘일하지 않거든 먹지도 말라!’는 명령이 있는 곳입니다!”고 말했습니다. 그러나 그것보다 훨씬 더한 것은, 그녀가 계속해서 “성경이 없었다면, 마그나카르타도, 노동자 권리도, 사회보장도, 그 누구에게도 인권이라는 것이 없었을 것입니다.”라고 말한 것입니다. 저는 이 점에 있어 이 부성장에게 동의하지 않을 수 없었습니다. 어느 정도의 비극 없는 기쁨은 없습니다. 백성들은 용기와 희망을 잃고 모세의 형 아론에게 시간이 많이 지났는데 모세는 아직 돌아오지 않으니 자기들을 인도할 신을 하나 달라고 요청했습니다. 모세의 형 아론은 그들에게 애굽의 주요 여신 중 하나인 하토르 여신을 상징하는 금송아지를 만들어주었습니다! 이스라엘 백성의 믿음 부족과 두려움과 불안 때문에 뒤로 물러가 우상숭배에 빠지게 되었습니다. 그러나 이 끔찍하고 나쁜 순간에도 주님께서는 이 민족 전체를 버리지 않으셨습니다. 그 죄의 벌을 받아 많은 사람이 죽었지만, 이 민족은 시내산에서 토라를 받았습니다. 다음은 시내산에서 이스라엘 민족에게 토라를 준 사건을 히브리어에서 문자 그대로 번역한 것입니다: “그리고 모든 백성이 음성들과, 불꽃들과, 나팔 소리와, 연기 나는 산을 보고 있었다, 그리고 그 백성이 보고 움직여 멀리 서서…” – 출애굽기 20:18 [영의 문자적 번역] 이 말씀은 예루살렘 시온산에서 예슈아의 제자들 위에 성령을 부어주셨던 오순절 날에도 또 다시 일어난 사건들을 묘사하는 말씀과 같습니다. 하나님께서 말씀하시는데, 백성들은 음성들(복수형 – 한 입으로 말하는 여러 음성들)을 듣고, 폭풍과 불꽃(불의 혀) 등을 봅니다. 이 토라 포션에서 배울 것이 많고, 예루살렘 공동체의 사도들과 장로들이 이방인 중에서 예슈아의 제자가 된 이들에게 안식일에 회당에 가서 토라를 읽는 것을 들으라고 권했음을 기억해야 할 것입니다. 지금은 각 사람이 각자의 성경이 있어, 집에서도 하나님의 말씀을 읽을 수 있습니다. 하나님의 말씀을 읽는 것을 대신할 것은 아무 것도 없습니다. 순서대로 날마다 읽으십시오. 여러분은 영적으로도 정신적으로도 풍요로워질 것입니다. 한 가지만 더 말씀 드리겠습니다! 저는 가끔 전능하신 하나님, 우주의 창조주의 존전에서 40일 밤낮을 보내며, 이스라엘에게 줄, 그리고 이스라엘을 통해 온 세상에 줄 토라와 율법과 지시를 논하는 것이 어땠을까 상상해 보려고 합니다. 저는 모세와 아론과 여호수아와 다윗과, 이사야와 예레미야 같은 사람들이 있는 곳에서 영원을 보내는 것을 고대합니다. 엘리야는 5시 티와 핫케이크를 함께 할 만 한 아주 흥미로운 사람일 것입니다. 저는 우리가 정말로 주님의 영생의 약속을 좀 더 진지하게 받아들이고, 예슈아의 재림과 새 예루살렘과 성도들과의 교제에 대해 좀 더 관심을 기울여야 한다고 생각합니다. 우리 주님의 이 위대한 약속들을 정말로 받아들이고 믿고 의뢰하는 것이, 이 세상이 저나 여러분에게 줄 수 있는 이 땅의 그 어떤 형통이나 부나 지위보다 훨씬 더 강건케 하고 능력을 주고 용기를 줍니다!
저희는 아직 집에 있습니다. 지금의 봉쇄는 며칠 더 연장되었습니다. 바이러스가 창궐하고 있고 아픈 사람 수는 줄지 않았으며 사망자 수는 증가하고 있습니다. 과학자들은 이번 것은 영국에서 온 변종으로 훨씬 더 전염성이 크고 치명적이라고 말합니다.

The Jerusalem Prayer List – February 4, 2021

The reading of the Torah and the Prophets this next Shabbat is Parashat Yitro (Jethro) from Exodus 18:1 - 20:23. The Haftarah (The reading from the Prophets) is from Isaiah 6:1 - 7:6; 9:5 - 9:6 for Ashkenazi Jews and for the Sephardic Jews, Isaiah 6:1 - 6:13. From the New Testament the reading is from Matthew 8:5-20.
This reading has some of the most dramatic texts in the Bible. The children of Israel only two months after leaving Egypt and crossing the Red Sea on dry ground, are now gathered below Mt. Sinai and commanded to get ready for an encounter of the first class. The first thing that we encounter in this Torah reading is very interesting for me. “And Jethro, the priest of Midian, Moses' father-in-law, heard of all that God had done for Moses and for Israel His people--that the Lord had brought Israel out of Egypt. Then Jethro, Moses' father-in-law, took Zipporah, Moses' wife, after he had sent her back, with her two sons, of whom the name of one was Gershom (for he said, ‘I have been a stranger in a foreign land’) and the name of the other was Eliezer (for he said, ‘The God of my father was my help, and delivered me from the sword of Pharaoh’); and Jethro, Moses' father-in-law, came with his sons and his wife to Moses in the wildern ‘I, your father-in-law Jethro, am coming to you with your wife and her two sons with her.’ So Moses went out to meet his father-in-law, bowed down, and kissed him. And they asked each other about their well-being, and they went into the tent.” – Exodus 18:1-7 [NKJV] We learn that all the time that Moses was in Egypt dealing with Pharaoh and demanding the release of the children of Israel from Egyptian slavery, Moses was not with his family. He had deposited his wife and children with his father-in-law Jethro, a priest of Midian. For me this is very interesting. It shows that Moses who had a personal encounter with the almighty God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the creator of the Universe, didn’t feel enmity or religious zealotry toward Jethro his father-in-law. What is even more interesting to me is that Moses was not antagonistic with his father-in-law but was willing to accept good administrative management advice on how to manage his leadership with regard to the Children of Israel. What do I learn about myself from this text? A person can be a great teacher a bible scholar, even a good father, but he might not be a great and an efficient administrator. Jethro, a Midianite priest, is teaching Moses how to delegate authority and structure the administration of the camp of Israel. Here is what I would like to see from the leadership of the Christian Churches and movements: 1. No enmity against leaders of other religious groups even if they differ drastically from your own faith. 2. Respect and honor for the leaders and the members of other religious convictions and always a civil attitude, even if there is sharp criticism and disagreements. You can criticize and discuss and even argue with each other, but also give credit where credit is due. Yeshua is a big critic of the Pharisees, but at the same time Yeshua gives them mega credit: “Then Jesus spoke to the multitudes and to His disciples, saying: ‘The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. Therefore whatever they tell you to observe, that observe and do, but do not do according to their works; for they say, and do not do.’” – Matthew 23:1-3 [NKJV] It is possible to disagree and to argue and still give credit where credit is due. In the meeting between Moses and Jethro, “So Moses went out to meet his father-in-law, bowed down, and kissed him. And they asked each other about their well-being, and they went into the tent.” – Exodus 18:7 [NKJV] 3. When you receive good advice take it and implement it. You can learn good things from anyone at times even from your opponents, and even from those with whom you have serious disagreements. Much more beneficial to any situation is to be civilized and honest and when there are disagreements and arguments, to discuss the issues and not discredit the people. Yeshua’s criticism of the Pharisees is very sharp and strong, but it is done after giving them credit and recognizing their authority. There is so much that we all have to learn from the Torah and the Prophets. 4. Every time that I read this portion of the Torah, I feel guilty that it took me so long to learn to delegate authority and share my burdens in the Lord’s work with the younger leaders of Netivyah. I think that after a long time, and just in the last moments just before the coronavirus pandemic I managed to delegate leadership to the next generation of leaders that is so much more organized and capable than I. I ask all of you, who support and pray for Netivyah to give full backing and full support in every way to the young leaders, Yehuda, David, and the staff, Daniel, Adam, Nir, Enoch, Tigis, and Nancy, and to the board of directors, Gary, Saiichi, and Jai… These are all men and women of the highest quality and dedication to the Lord! The other very big thing in our Torah reading is the giving of the Torah to Moses and to the Children of Israel in Mt. Sinai. This is one of the most important events in the history of Israel, but also in the history of the world. There is no event in the history of mankind that has shaped the face of humanity more than the giving of the Torah to Israel on that occasion when Moses went up the mountain and after 40 days came down with the Torah, and especially with the Ten Commandments. I have to share with you my experience in the city of Wuhan in China. I was invited by the Vice President of the Chinese province of Wuhbei to come and teach in the government-supported Christian seminaries. On the first day that I arrived in Wuhan, during lunch with the Vice President of that province that has 80,000,000 people and is bigger than the territory of France, the Vice President said that she has enjoyed reading the Bible. I asked her why? She said: Because it is the first communist document! I was shocked! How? I asked. She said: “This is the first place that it is commanded, ‘If you don’t work you don’t eat!’” But, much more than that, she continued: “If there were no Bible, there would be no Magna Carta, no workers’ rights, no social security, and no human rights for anyone.” I had to agree with the vice president on this point. There is no joy without some tragedy. The people lost their courage and hope and asked Aaron the brother of Moses to give them a god that would lead them because a long time had passed, and Moses had still not returned. Aaron, Moses’ brother made them a golden calf, the symbol of one of Egypt’s main goddesses, the goddess Hathor! The lack of trust and the fear and insecurity of the people of Israel caused them to fall back into idolatry. But, even at this terrible and bad moment – the Lord didn’t reject the whole nation. The guilty were punished and many died, but the nation did receive the Torah at Mount Sinai. Here is a literal translation from the Hebrew, of the event of giving the Torah to the nation of Israel at Mt. Sinai: “And all the people are seeing the voices, and the flames, and the sound of the trumpet, and the mount smoking; and the people see, and move, and stand afar off…” – Exodus 20:18 [Young’s Literal Translation] This is the text that describes the events that are repeated on the day of Pentecost at the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the disciples of Yeshua at Mt. Zion, in Jerusalem. God is speaking, but the people hear the voices (in the plural – many voices spoken from one mouth), and see the storm and the flames of fire… There is so much more to learn from this portion of the Torah and remember that the apostles and the elders of the community in Jerusalem recommended to the disciples of Yeshua from among the Gentiles to go hear the Torah read in the Synagogues on Shabbat. Now each one has his own Bible and can even stay home and read the word of God. There is no replacement or substitute for the reading of the word of God, read in order and daily. You will be enriched both spiritually and mentally. Just one more point! I sometimes try to imagine how it would be to spend 40 days and nights in the presence of the Almighty God, creator of the universe and discuss the Torah and the laws and the instructions that were to be given to Israel and through Israel to the whole world. I am looking forward to spending eternity in the presence of Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, and people like Isaiah and Jeremiah. Elijah would be a very interesting man with whom to share five o’clock tea and crumpets. I think that we ought to really take more seriously the Lord’s promises of eternal life, and to bank on Yeshua’s return and on the New Jerusalem, and on fellowship with the saints. To really accept and believe and trust in these great promises of our Lord is much more strengthening and empowering and encouraging than any earthly prosperity, wealth, or position that this world can offer me or you!
We are at home still and the closure has now been extended for a few more days. The virus is raging and there is no reduction of the number of sick, and the numbers of the dead are growing. The scientists say that this is a mutation that comes from the UK that is even more infectious and deadly.
We are all praying and hoping that next week the closure will end, and I will be able to get a haircut and be free to go to the office for a few hours.
Please consider helping Netivyah to continue caring and feeding the poor of Jerusalem and blessing the people of this city that need help to feed their children and families.

a. Pray for the former board members of KIBI and that those who need to repent and restore their relationship with Netivyah receive power from on high to do so. Also pray for all those wonderful dedicated brothers and sisters in Korea who stood with Israel and with Netivyah that they will revive their dedication and not forget their first love for Israel and for Netivyah.
Danah our daughter, needs much prayer for her situation as does our granddaughter Noaam. Please lift Danah and Noaam in your prayers. Please lift Barry our son and his family, Beth, and Joey our grandson who are also staying at home and working from home during this time.
Marcia’s mother June is 91 years old and her health is failing. Our sister from Jerusalem, Hadassah, had her surgery for cancer and is now at home recovering. Please keep her in your prayers.
b. Please keep me, and Marcia in your prayers. I have been several times in the E.R. at Hadassah Hospital during the last month. Old heart issues are waking up again and I am running tests to discover what the problem is. Please pray for Marcia and me – for our health and protection and healing from our existing conditions.
c. I am adding a new prayer request from a leader of God’s people in India, Joy Mathew. Joy has a serious heart condition and has asked for prayer.
Please pray for our brothers and sisters in Brazil. Brazil is one of the countries in which the coronavirus is raging. We have so many brothers and sisters in Brazil, and we need to pray for their safety and protection from this coronavirus.
Please keep in your prayers our dear brother Pastor TJ in Taiwan.
Keep Ruby Little in your prayers, our dear sister from Oklahoma City, who is also battling against cancer and add to your prayers Allison Howard Williams.
Please keep praying for Samuel Lopes, a 17-year-old boy who is going through an extremely hard time.

From Hong Kong, remember all our brothers and sisters in Hong Kong during these days of several different kinds of viruses and the coronavirus. Remember Tony and Louisa Tam, and our brothers and sisters at the 611 Church, and the other churches who love God and love Israel in that great city. Remember in your prayers the Cohen family in Hong Kong.
Just a word of grace before the mercy seat of the Almighty will be heard in favor of these brothers and Um Mahmud Abu-Eid and Jimmy Abu-Eid and his family, Keijo and Salme our dear brothers in Finland, Tim Tucker, Satu-Maria, Sinni Tuuli, Anne Mirjami our dear sister and all our other brothers and sisters in Finland who need our prayers, Eva H., Patty, Andrea, Julia and Victor, and Aaron Tani, and Hillel and his wife.

I have just received a prayer request from a dear sister from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Her father who is 70 years old and diabetic, has contracted the COVID-19 virus. His name is Paulo C. Pereira Braga Dias. He is in the hospital and his condition is particularly challenging. Please join us in lifting Paulo C. Pereira Braga Dias in your prayers.
Please see your prayers as casting a vote for healing before the Lord and His angels in Heaven in favor of every brother and sister that you are praying for. Just a word of grace for all of us is a refreshing spirit. Take your prayers before the mercy seat of the Almighty to be heard in favor of those that you are lifting in prayer.
Please add to your prayers the family of Um Mahmud Abu-Eid and Jimmy their son. I believe that this is a good thing for us to pray for friends and acquaintances who are Muslims. It is an act of love and reconciliation to carry before the throne of mercy those dear people who are seeking peace and righteousness looking toward the Lord for mercy and healing.

You will be blessed by the almighty God who gives each of His children good for the good we do and recompense for the bad we do. Your sincere prayers for people around the world do the following things for the Kingdom, the King, and for the body of the Messiah:
1. They unite you and the body in a major transcendent bond of prayer.
2. They demonstrate the oneness of the people of God.
3. Your prayer shows that there are people outside the realm of the physical world and personal interests who have a sincere bond and relationship that is heavenly and not earthly.
4. The Lord knows His children and gives credit and reward according to His promises.

Ahuva. Please pray for a dear brother who is well into his 90’s and lost his wife a couple of weeks ago. His name is Dov H. Please keep in your prayers a dear sister who attends our congregation in Jerusalem. Her name is Hadassah and she just had cancer surgery. Pray for Hadassah for a full recovery and remission from cancer in her body.
Pray for Israel. We are going through terrible riots and violence in the streets of Jerusalem and Tel-Aviv and other places around the country. These riots are motivated by the fact that much of the populace of Israel does not understand what the government is doing in relationship to the coronavirus pandemic.
Netivyah has been feeding the poor of Jerusalem for more than 25 years and we have a highly appreciated humanitarian ministry that is working with the Jerusalem municipality. As the demands for food for people who never before needed such help grows, I pray that the Lord will inspire and motivate brothers and sisters and ministries who can help with this to visit our webpage and do what they can to make it possible for us to double or more than double, the number of people and families that we serve.
Our prime minister’s case is still before the courts. I am not happy that this is happening in Israel, but I am praying that true justice and righteousness is exhibited in our court system. The truth must come out and I am not interested in a second prime minister of Israel going to jail. We have had a president in jail, a finance minister in jail, a minister of interior affairs in jail, and a member of the parliament in jail. Enough!

The coronavirus is threatening the economy of the world with a great recession and depression. Some of our major supporters have already lowered the amount of their support. They have done this not only toward Netivyah, but for all the ministries that they are supporting, and they are many. I would like to first ask you to pray about your part in supporting Netivyah Bible Instruction Ministry.
Second, I would like for you who stand with us in prayer and financially to do your absolute best to stay on board with us and communicate. We realize that times will be hard for several years, but we also realize that God has chosen and blessed you for such a time as this.
Third please pray for a new project that we are starting in Israel in partnership with the Houses for Healing ministry from Abilene, Texas.
The aim is to provide hospitality for families of critically ill patients who are hospitalized in one of Jerusalem’s hospitals and who have no means to stay in hotels while their family members are in the hospitals.
This is a critical need especially in these days when there are hundreds of men and women who are in the Coronavirus ICU units for weeks and even months.
We need your prayer and your help to make this a meaningful and significant blessing both to the sick and to their families…
I wish all of you, who stand with Israel and who pray for Jerusalem, the best of the Lord’s blessings and the fulfillment of all His promises to His faithful children.
