예루살렘 기도 목록 – 2025년 5월 23일

우리는 레위기 마지막 토라 포션에 이르렀습니다. 이 두 토라 포션 중 첫 번째는 히브리어로 베하르라고 하는데요, “산에서”라는 뜻입니다. 두 번째는 베후코타이(“내 규례에서”)라고 합니다.

이 두 토라 포션은 레위기 25:1-27:34로, 레위기의 마지막 두 포션입니다.

선지서에서 읽는 부분은 예레미야 16:19-17:14입니다.

신약성경에서 읽는 부분은 누가복음 4:14-22과 마태복음 16:20-28입니다.

회당에서 토라를 읽는 관습은 예슈아 때보다 수백 년 전, 에스라와 느헤미야 때 정립되었습니다. 이는 대부분의 유대인 공동체가 토라와 선지서를 듣고 알던 때에도 저희 유대인들이 토라와 선지서에서 하나님의 말씀을 듣게 해준 경이로운 전통입니다. 우리는 수천 년 동안 전 세계 회당에서 토라 포션을 읽는 이 관습이 예슈아 때에도 지켜졌다는 것을 압니다. 예슈아께서는 고향 나사렛에 가셨을 때 선지서 말씀을 읽도록 청함 받는 예우를 받아, 선지서 중에서 탁월하고 아주 중요한 포션인 이사야 61장 말씀을 읽으셨습니다.

일반적으로, 그 주간에 생일이나 어떤 특별한 일이 있는 사람이 선지서 포션을 읽도록 청함을 받는 예우를 받습니다. 예슈아께서는 그분의 생일이나 어떤 다른 특별한 일로 고향 나사렛의 그분의 가족에게 가셨습니다. 제 생각이 맞다면, 예슈아께서는 5월에서 6월 사이, 봄이나 초여름에 태어나셨을 수 있습니다.

제가 토라 포션과 하프타라와 신약성경 포션을 읽을 때, 저는 언제나 전통이 왜 이 특정 말씀들을 선택하여, 그리고 예슈아의 제자들인 우리의 경우, 복음서 말씀을 선택하여, 토라와 짝을 지었을까 질문합니다. 토라 말씀과 신약성경 말씀은 창세기부터 요한계시록까지의 성경의 일반적 서사와 동떨어지게 읽혀서는 안 됩니다. 네, 저는 사도 시대에 이미 토라와 선지서를 읽는 것이 수백 년 동안 지속되어온 전통이었다는 것을 압니다. 토라와 선지서와 신약성경에서 읽는 부분들의 연관성은 성경의 이 세 부분 간에 연결되게 하여, 우리에게 구약성경과 신약성경 사이의 계속성과 성경 말씀의 광대함과 똑같은 강조점으로 처음부터 끝까지 성경의 기본 서사를 계속하시는 성령님을 보여줍니다.

1. 레위기 25장: 희년은 빚이 탕감되고, 토지가 여호수아 때 분배받은 원래 가족에게 되돌아가는 때로 기술되어 있습니다(레위기 25:10). 희년은 가나안 땅에 들어간 후 하나님께서 분배하신 대로 땅과 재산이 원래 주인에게 회복되고, 또 희년 전 50년 기간 안에 진 빚이 탕감되는 해입니다. 매 50년마다 돌아오는 희년의 주된 목적과 의미는 회복과 속량의 기간이라는 것입니다: “너희는 오십 년째 해를 거룩하게 하여 그 땅에 있는 모든 주민을 위하여 자유를 공포하라 …”

2. 토라와 선지서에서 읽는 말씀 사이의 연관성은 다시금 현재 이스라엘의 어려움과 약함에도 불구하고 이스라엘의 하나님과의 관계 회복입니다. 이를 분명하게 하는 말씀은 이렇습니다:

“여호와의 말씀이니라 그러나 보라 날이 이르리니 다시는 이스라엘 자손을 애굽 땅에서 인도하여 내신 여호와께서 살아 계심을 두고 맹세하지 아니하고 이스라엘 자손을 북방 땅과 그 쫓겨 났던 모든 나라에서 인도하여 내신 여호와께서 살아 계심을 두고 맹세하리라 …” (예레미야 16:14-15)

신약성경 마태복음 16장에서 읽는 말씀: 예슈아께서는 그분의 제자들이 받은 권위를 말씀하시며, 용서의 힘을 강조하십니다.

“… 네가 땅에서 무엇이든지 매면 하늘에서도 매일 것이요 네가 땅에서 무엇이든지 풀면 하늘에서도 풀리리라 하시고” (마태복음 16:19)

3. 누가복음 4장: 예슈아께서는 가난한 자에게 복음을 전하시고 억눌린 자를 해방시켜 주심으로 그분의 사역을 시작하셨는데, 이는 회복의 사명을 보여주는 것입니다.

“주의 성령이 내게 임하셨으니 이는 가난한 자에게 복음을 전하게 하시려고 내게 기름을 부으시고 …” (누가복음 4:18)

누가복음 4:18 말씀에는 토라 포션과 같은 주제가 있습니다. 예슈아께서는 여기에서 그분 자신을 이스라엘의 가난한 자에게 회복의 “복음”을 가져다주시기 위해 하나님께서 기름 부으신 메시아로 말씀하십니다.

4. 레위기 26장은 심판과 책임을 말합니다. 이 장은 이스라엘의 불순종의 결과를 설명합니다.

“그러나 너희가 내게 청종하지 아니하여 이 모든 명령을 준행하지 아니하며” (레위기 26:14).

5. 예레미야 16장은 하나님께서 이스라엘의 죄 때문에 준비 중이신 심판을 이스라엘에 경고하고 있습니다. 하나님께서는 이스라엘에 경고와 함께 회개하도록 부르십니다. 또한 여기에서 하나님께서는 아나돗 사람들에게 그들의 마음의 완악함과 회개치 않는 태도 때문에 강력한 처벌의 해에 대해 분명하고 강력한 말씀을 내십니다:

“… 내가 아나돗 사람에게 재앙을 내리리니 곧 그들을 벌할 해에니라” (예레미야 11:23)

마태복음 16장에서 읽는 말씀은 십자가를 지고 주를 따르는 제자 됨의 댓가를 강조함으로써 레위기와 예레미야에서 읽는 말씀과 궤를 같이 하고 있습니다. 예슈아(예수님)의 제자가 된다는 것은 십자가를 지고 그분을 따르는 것뿐만 아니라, 자기를 부인하는 것도 의미합니다(마태복음 16:24 참조). 제게는 오늘날 예슈아를 믿는 우리의 믿음이 우리가 예슈아를 따를 때 기대되는 이러한 요구와 태도와 얼마나 다른지를 보는 것이 흥미롭습니다. 누가복음 4:24에서 예슈아께서는 다른 관점으로 똑같은 것을 지적하십니다.

“내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 선지자가 고향에서는 환영을 받는 자가 없느니라” (누가복음 4:24)

레위기는 우리에게 우리의 죄 해결과 우리가 하나님과 예슈아와 맺는 관계에 대한 분명한 공식을 줍니다.

토라는 광야에서 공동체 일원들이 어떻게 좋은 관계를 유지해야 하는지와 하나님과 성공적이고 복된 삶을 갖고 싶다면 하나님께 어떻게 맹세해야 하는지에 대해 이스라엘을 가르치며 논의합니다. 이번 토라 포션의 대답은 분명히 말하고 있습니다:

“이것은 여호와께서 시내 산에서 이스라엘 자손을 위하여 모세에게 명령하신 계명이니라” (레위기 27:34)

에스겔 선지자는 우리에게 우리가 어떻게 하늘에 계신 아버지와의 관계를 재정립해야 하는지에 대해 분명한 대답을 줍니다:

“… 너희는 돌이켜 회개하고 모든 죄에서 떠날지어다 그리한즉 그것이 너희에게 죄악의 걸림돌이 되지 아니하리라” (에스겔 18:30)

마태복음 16:16에서 예슈아께서 베드로에게 도전하신 질문은 그 고백에 대한 헌신, 살아 계신 하나님의 아들이신 예슈아의 정체성 때문에 그분께 헌신하는 것의 중요성을 보여줍니다.

“시몬 베드로가 대답하여 이르되 주는 그리스도시요 살아 계신 하나님의 아들이시니이다” (마태복음 16:16)

레위기 말씀은 예슈아와의 관계를 계속하기 위해 회개의 중요성을 강조합니다. 예슈아의 우리의 죄 속량의 은혜는 우리가 죄에서 구원받는 핵심이며 예슈아의 죽음, 장사, 부활로 말미암아 우리를 하나님과의 관계에 붙어 있게 해주는 접착제입니다.

레위기 25-27장, “너희 각 사람은 자기 이웃을 속이지 말고 네 하나님을 경외하라…” (레위기 25:17)

예레미야 16:19는 이스라엘 사람들의 집단적 정체성과 공동체적 회개의 필요성을 말합니다. “여호와 나의 힘, 나의 요새, 환난날의 피난처시여…”

전쟁과 미움과 하나님의 명령에서 벗어나고 싶은 강력한 유혹 아래 있는 오늘날 우리 삶에 의미가 있는, 이번 토라와 선지서에서 도출한 생각은 이렇습니다.

오늘날 예슈아의 제자들로서, 회복, 책임, 충직, 공동체라는 이 주제들은 우리에게 우리의 삶과 사회의 정의와 치유를 추구하도록 도전합니다. 구속(속량) 메시지는 우리를 변화의 대리자가 되어 우리의 공동체 안에서 하나님의 사랑과 은혜를 반영하고 계속 믿음에 헌신하도록, 특히 우리가 도전에 직면할 때 더욱 그러하도록 초청합니다.

우리는 예슈아의 가르침을 실현하고, 개인의 영적 성장과 더 나아짐과 우리 주변 세계의 치유를 추구하는 공동체로 서도록 부름 받았습니다.

복음주의 교회들의 의제는 교회 성장 의제에 초점 맞춰져 있는데서 다른 의제로 급격히 바뀌어야 합니다. 이번 토라 포션에서 가짜 부(富)의 약속에 에너지를 쓰기보다 근원으로 돌아가 전능하신 하나님과의 관계에 초점을 맞추는 것처럼, 복음주의 교회의 초점은 그리스도의 제자들이 다시 인격체 그리스도, 역사적 예슈아께 다시 헌신하는 데에 집중되어야 합니다. 반면, 예슈아의 참 제자들은 환난과 핍박에 준비되고 교회 건물 안에 있는 사람들이 작은 워렌 버핏이 되기를 추구하기 보다 유대인의 왕 메시아 예슈아의 제자들이 되도록 도전하는 데에 준비되어야 합니다.

이번 토라 포션은 종살이에서 속량 받고 자유의 축복을 받은 사람들로서의 광야의 이스라엘이 아닌, 40년 동안 시내 광야에서 방랑하며 시내산자락에서 토라를 받고, 반석에서 나온 물을 마시거나 날마다 하늘에서 내리는 만나를 먹는 것과 같은 비범한 구원의 사건을 겪는 와중에도 길을 잃어, 멈추어 초점을 다시 맞추고 다시 헌신하고 다시 연결되고 깨끗이 치우고 회개하고 하나님께 되돌아 가야 하는 사람들로서의 이스라엘을 말하고 있습니다. 레위기 끝에서 모세는 이스라엘에 회개와 하나님의 말씀에 다시 초점 맞추고 재헌신하고 회복될 것을 촉구합니다!

저는 모세오경의 레위기 끝의 이 메시지가 살찌고 부유한 교회들이 회복되어 다시 불 붙어야 한다는 메시지라고 생각합니다! 예슈아께서 그분의 제자들에게 말씀하신 이 메시지로의 회복 말입니다: 네 십자가를 지고 나(그분)를 따를 것이니라!

The Jerusalem Prayer List – 23 May, 2025

We have arrived at the last reading in the book of Leviticus. The two Torah portions are Behar, in Hebrew, which means "On the Mountain". The second Torah portion is called Bechukotai ("In my laws").

These two portions of the Torah, from Leviticus 25:1-27, 34, are the last Torah portions in the book of Leviticus.

From the prophets, the reading is from Jeremiah 16:19, 17:14.

The reading from the New Testament is from Luke 4:14-22 and Matthew 16:20-28.

This practice of reading the Torah in the Synagogues was established hundreds of years earlier in the days of Ezra and Nehemiah. It is a wonderful Tradition that has allowed us, the Jewish population, to hear the Word of God from the Torah and the Prophets in a period where even most Jewish communities hear and know the Torah and the Prophets. We understand that the readings in the synagogues worldwide for thousands of years were also observed in the days of Yeshua. He was honored when he visited his home in Nazareth to read from the prophets, and He read from Isaiah 61, which is an excellent and essential portion of the prophets.

Typically, a person with a birthday or some special event that week is honored to read from the prophets. Yeshua went home to Nazareth to his family for his birthday or some other special occasion. If my idea is accurate, it is possible that Yeshua was born sometime in May–June, in the springtime or beginning of the summer.

When I read the Torah Portions and the Haftarah and from the New Testament, I always ask why tradition chose these particular readings and matched them with the Torah, and for us as disciples of Yeshua, the reading from the Gospels. The texts from the Bible and the New Testament are not to be read as detached from the general narratives of the rest of the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation. Yes, I realize that the reading of the Torah and the prophets in the apostolic times was already a tradition that had lasted for several hundred years. The connection of the Torah reading and the prophets and the New Testament makes the connection between these three sections of the Bible, showing us the continuation between the old and the new testaments and the broadness of the Biblical text and the spirit of God that continues the basic narrative of the Bible from beginning to end with some of the same emphasis.

1. Leviticus 25: The Year of Jubilee is described as a time when debts are forgiven, and land is returned to its original family that received it from the day of Joshua (Leviticus 25:10) The year of Jubilee is a year of restoration of the land and the restoration of property to it's original owners as partitioned by God after the entrance to the land of Canaan, also the restoration of debts that were taken during the 50 years before the Jubilee. The primary purpose and meaning of the year of Jubilee, every 50 years, is a period of Restoration and Redemption: "And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants."

2. The connection between the reading in the Torah and the prophets is again the restoration of Israel despite their current difficulties and weakness in their relationship with God. Here is the text that makes it clear:

"Therefore, behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when it shall no longer be said, 'As the Lord lives who brought up the people of Israel out of the land of Egypt,' but 'As the Lord lives who brought up the people of Israel out of the north country and out of all the countries where he had driven them.'" (Jeremiah 16:14-15).

The reading in the New Testament from Matthew 16: Yeshua speaks of the authority given to His followers, emphasizing the power of forgiveness.

"Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." (Matthew 16:19)

3. Luke 4: Yeshua begins His ministry by proclaiming good news to the poor and releasing the oppressed, indicating a restoration mission.

"The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor." (Luke 4:18).

This text from Luke 4:18 has the same theme as the Torah portion. Yeshua speaks here of himself as the Messiah, the anointed one whom God appointed (by anointing) to bring a restoration "Good News" for the poor of Israel.

4. Chapter 26 of Leviticus speaks of judgment and accountability. This chapter outlines the consequences of Israel's disobedience.

"But if you will not listen to me and will not do all these commandments..." (Leviticus 26:14).

5. Jeremiah 16: Is a warning to Israel of the judgment God is preparing for Israel because of their sin. With the warning, God also invites Israel to a call for repentance. Also here, God issues a clear, strong statement to the people of Anathoth, a period of a year of strong punishment for their hardness of heart and an unrepentant attitude:

"For I will bring disaster upon the people of Anathoth, the year of their punishment." (Jeremiah 16:21)

The reading from the Gospel of Matthew, chapter 16, fits in with the reading from Leviticus and Jeremiah by stressing the cost of discipleship, taking up the cross, and following him. Being a disciple of Yeshua (Jesus) means not only taking the cross and following him but also denying and denouncing oneself. See (Matthew 16:24). It is interesting for me to repeatedly see how different our faith in Yeshua is today from these demands and formulations of what to expect when we follow Yeshua. Luke 4:24, Yeshua makes the same point with a different perspective. He said,

"Truly, I say to you, no prophet is acceptable in his hometown." (Luke 4:24)

The Book of Leviticus gives us an explicit formula for resolving our sins and our relationship with God and Yeshua.

The Torah discusses and instructs Israel in the wilderness on how community members should maintain a good relationship and vow to God if they want to have a successful and blessed life with God. The Torah's answer in our reading states it clearly:

"These are the commandments that the Lord commanded Moses for the people of Israel..." (Leviticus 27:34)

Ezekiel the prophet gives us a clear answer on how to reestablish our relationship with our Heavenly Father:

"Repent and turn from all your offenses, so sin will not be your downfall." (Ezekiel 18:30).

In Matthew 16:16, Yeshua's challenge to Peter reflects the importance of committing to the confession and commitment to Yeshua because of Yeshua's identity as the Son of the Living God."

"Simon Peter replied, 'You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.'" (Matthew 16:16)

The text of Leviticus stresses the importance of repentance in order to continue in the relationship with Yeshua. The benefit of Yeshua's atonement from our sins is the key to our salvation from sin and the glue that keeps us connected in a relationship with God through Yeshua's death, burial, and resurrection.

Leviticus 25-27, "You shall not wrong one another, but you shall fear your God." (Leviticus 25:17)

Jeremiah 16:19 speaks to the collective identity of the Israelites and the need for communal repentance. "O Lord, my strength and my stronghold, my refuge in the day of trouble..."

Here are some relevant Ideas from our Torah and Prophets reading for our lives today, under the shadows of war, hate, and strong temptations to stray from God's commandments.

As disciples of Yeshua today, these themes of restoration, accountability, faithfulness, and community challenge us to seek justice and healing in our lives and society. The messages of redemption invite us to be agents of change, reflecting God's love and grace in our communities and maintaining our commitment to faith, especially as we face challenges.

We are called to stand as a community that embodies Yeshua's teachings, seeking personal spiritual growth and the betterment and healing of the world around us.

The agenda of the evangelical churches needs to be focused sharply from a church growth paradigm to a different M.O. The focus of the evangelical churches needs to be committed to the rededication of the disciples of Christ back to Christ, the person, the historical Yeshua, and like in our Torah portion, return to the source and focus on the relationship with the Almighty God, rather than spending the energy on fake wealth promises. On the contrary, the true disciples of Yeshua need to be prepared for the tribulation and persecution and the challenge of getting those in the church building to be disciples of Yeshua the Messiah and King of the Jews, rather than seeking to become mini-Warren Buffetts.

The Torah portion speaks about Israel in the wilderness not as redeemed people taken out of slavery and blessed with freedom. Instead, presenting the people of Israel as people who need to stop and refocus and rededicate and reconnect and clean up and repent and return to God, even with witnessing the 40 years of wandering in the Sinai desert and receiving the Torah at the foot of Mount Sinai, with all the extraordinary events of salvation like drinking water from the ROCK or eating Manna fresh from heaven every day the Israelites lost their way. At the end of Leviticus, Moses calls Israel to repentance / refocus / rededication/restoration to God's Word!

I feel that these messages from the Torah of Moses and the end of the book of Leviticus are the messages these fat and wealthy churches need to restore and rekindle! Restoration to the message of Yeshua to his disciples: Take up your cross and follow me, — HIM!

The Prayer List

Pray for the following brothers and sisters who need divine grace and the gentle touch of the hand of God for healing and strength.

In Jerusalem:

 update Joseph & Marcia Shulam
Mom still does not have much of an appetite. Dad is working hard on teaching, caring for Marcia and now also coordinating what needs to be packed for their flights to Nashville, TN late June. Please lift them in prayer for healing for both of them. Dad still has as a PET scan for his two forms of cancer in early June. Pray for the flights not to be canceled. Also pray for the remodeling to be accomplished in time. in such a short notice the contractors are booked out and Marcias young brother Nathan who lives an hour away will be doing the remodel after work and the weekends.
North Blvd Church of Christ in Murfreesboro TN & White's Fear Road Church in Monroe LA have reached out and said they will be receiving donations to help cover the cost of the medical transportation for Joesph and Marcia and converting the shower to be wheelchair accessible. Our budget it $70,000.

 Ilana Ahijervie is a dear sister who is 99 years old and suffering from memory problems.

 Please pray for our dear sister, Lea Kurkey.

 Pray for Adam’s father and mother, Barry and Dalia. They have some health problems and challenges.

 Pray for Miriam a dear sister old age dementia.

 Pray for Um Mahmud Abu-Eid, Jimmy Abu-Eid, and all of the family. This is a dear family of old friends that needs healing and wisdom for the children and for their work.

 Please pray for the Romero family, who live deep in the Negev desert. It is hot there, and they are far from our congregation, and we miss them.

In Poland:

 update Granddaughter of Pastor Jozef (Jagodka) is awake and its a true hand of God for bringing healing to her body. if you remember a couple of weeks ago she was in dire straits with an infection and today she is awake and drawing. Please give thanks to the Lord.

In the U.K.:

 Pray for Deborah Isaiah. I pray for the Lord to find Deborah Isaiah and lead her to a blessed life, family, and a solution to her problems.

In Finland:

 Mauno Lemponen has been diagnosed with cancer in advanced stages. We are asking for Gods Will to be done, giving him healthy days with family—prayers for Hilka, Miika, and Ester, who support each other.

 Pray for Keijo and Salme, our dear partners and fellow workers in God’s flock. Both Keijo and Salme have some challenging heart issues.

 Pray for Satu-Maria, Sinni Tuuli, Anne Mirjami, our dear sisters.

 Pray for Eva H., Patty, Andrea, Julia, Victor, Aaron Tani, and Hillel.

In Italy:

 Roberto has reached out on behalf of his friend Nicoletta B whose father has passed way recently. Please pray for her spirit as she struggles with such loss.

In Denmark:

 Cynthia M asked that you for praying for her health. She has neutropenia and chronic asthma and I has been undergoing biological treatment with injections every two weeks since 2021 so I ask you to pray for better results and better health conditions as the symptoms, respiratory infections, medications and injections make me very tired every day.

In Ethiopia:

 Diu G. has been sick with meningitis and he and his family are all in need of prayers for strength and healing to help him.

In Brazil:

 Ismael V ask for prayers for his parents: Ismael V 80 years old (Father) & Margarida Feliciana V, 75 years old (Mother). The mother has been suffering due to medical errors since 2008, and only a miracle can solve the situation. The father has prostate and vision problems.

 Max is anxious waiting for a court decision regarding documentation on his families jewish roots. Please keep Max and the courts outcome in your prayers.

 Pray for a dear young man, Paulo, from Curitiba, Brazil, who seriously needs our prayers for sanity and mental health.

 Pray for a dear sister named Claudia Rita Souze Arau. She has cancer and needs God’s healing hands to touch her with healing.

 Pray for Fatima Maria Docarmo Guimararaes - pray for her health and her granddaughters’ twin babies.

 Guilherme Antonio Nothen Becker is suffering from back problems.

 Aratuza de Oliveira and his wife. Pray for their 3-year-old child, Caique de Oliveira Becker, who has severe problems with his eyes, and ask the Lord to give healing to his eyes.

In Asia:

 Pray for Pastor T.J. in Taiwan.

 Pray for Deborah Ruth, a dear sister from China.

 Pray for Sister Yoko Nagumo in Japan.

 Tony Tam, his wife Luisa, and his son Marco need special prayers for their situation.

 We continue to pray for Zhou Wenrian, Abe family, Toru San, Yumi Ohara, and her family: Deborah Ruth, Ayla, Daniel, and their daughter.

 Pray for Dr. Song, and his wife, Sister Harriet Kim and the KIBI Ministry.

In the United States of America:

 new Hester H in Virginia is in Beth's aunt and is I the hospital fighting pneumonia and covid. she needs prayers to get over this and gain her strength. Her son Matthew needs prayers as well as he is her caregiver. This has been very demanding for one person to keep up with. pray for his strength.

 new Barry Shulam - I have joined the diabetic club. Keep me in your prayers as my body and habits adjust to this new state.

 Paul S is in the market looking for his next job. It's frustrating to not hear back from companies. We pray for an opportunity and for a calm sprit to guide Paul through this effort.

 Karl is need of prayers to deal with changes in his family relationships. Pray for calm and strength in making the best choices.

 Adam B. is asking for prayers for job security. The hatchet job cutting that is taking place in the USA is not without families that are impacted. Please keep Adam and his family in prayers for job security.

 Manny is asking for prayers for his fathers health that is in decline.

 Jenny is Shirleyann's to find a different neurologist that will accept her insurance.

 Shirleyann tomorrow she has an EKG test. the doctor yesterday stated that the need for surgery was not needed at this time.

 Pete and Marge. Marge is undergoing test for Brest cancer and they are in the process of trying to get legal guardianship of their grandkids. They are both in the mid 80s. Please pray for strength and longevity to get these kids past college age.

 Jose needs your prayers for a blessing on his marriage to grow stronger and prayers for the birth of a Son.

 update Aida Ramirez 99 yrs old she had her MRI done and they are waiting for the results on the 23 of the month.

 update Aida Gonzalez is still dealing with back pain. continue to pray for her strength to care for he rmother.

 Pat S needs prayers for the pains she is experiencing from a pinched nerve, We are praying for a better treatment for the pain management.

 Jerry Rogers - a long time prayer warier and supporter in Dallas has been diagnosed with cancer. has returned home after being in the hospital for an extended period of time for treatments.

 Larry is asking for prayers for his grandchildren. I would say most of us that have grandchildren are concerned about the states of the world. The state of intolerance. The temptations out there. Please pray for the holy sprit to guide them in making good choices.

 Juli got a good report on her last scan and she is also in remission. So praise God both Bill and Jill are in remission. Give thanks to the Lord for he is Good.

 Barbra and Angie in Alaska. Barbra has some pains and discomfort related to old age. Please lift them in prayer for strength and reduction in pain.

 Please pray for Danah, my daughter's health issues. I pray for the Lord to give Danah wisdom, peace, and calm in life and her work.

 Aaron Hook, Nancy Hook’s oldest son, needs our prayers for wisdom and healing from past life issues.

 Lift for blessing and healing Jonathan B., his wife Aviva, their new baby, his mother, and his brother Daniel.

 Pray for these important men of God: Rabbi Salt, his family, and Rabbi Hasselblad. They are both older and need protection and blessings.

 pray for Ilana Avramov, who is married to my cousin Nissim and lives in New York City. Ilana is home now. We pray for her full recovery. She and Nissim both need our prayers.

 Pray for Steve Mock - His cognitive condition has declined, and we ask for the grace of God and His Healing and strength. Steve and Josie’s son Joseph has received a wonderful and glorious report. After the last bone marrow transplant, the report is that the doctors didn’t find any leukemia in his body! Praise the Lord!
