하나님의 심판과 은혜
중동은 한 가지 문제 말고도 훨씬 더 많은 문제가 있습니다. 지난 며칠 새 세계는 터키 동부와 시리아 북서부에서 거칠게 자기의 힘을 보여주는 자연의 힘을 보았습니다. 수천 명이 지진으로 죽었고 수천 채의 건물이 판지나 치즈 케이크로 만들어진 것처럼 무너졌습니다. 하나님의 말씀은 여호와의 미움을 사 그분의 손에 떨어지는 것은 끔찍한 일이라고 알려줍니다. 기독교인들은 주의 은혜와 사랑만 강조하고 하나님의 진노와 화는 언급하지 않습니다. 그러나 하나님께서 그분의 자녀를 사랑하여 그들에게 그분의 은혜를 보여주시는 것과 똑같이, 우리가 반역하여 하나님의 계명을 무시하고 감히 어길 때에도 그분의 진노와 임재 역시 분명하고 의심의 여지 없이 느껴집니다. 우리의 임무는 우리의 사랑과 기도를 나누며, 중보하고 도우며, 심지어 우리의 원수들과 민족적으로 나라적으로 우리를 멸하고자 하는 사람들에게까지 물리적, 인도적 도움을 주는 것입니다. 어제 이 지역에 매우 강하고 치명적이며 파괴적인 지진이 몇 건 있었습니다. 그 지진들은 이스라엘 북부에서 있었지만 이스라엘에서도 느껴졌습니다. 이스라엘은 터키에서 지진 피해를 입은 지역에 즉각적으로 구조와 복구 전문가들을 가장 먼저 보낸 첫 국가이자 첫 이웃 나라입니다. 도움의 손길은 시리아와 요르단에도 보냈습니다. 저는 변명 없이 이스라엘 국가가 세계의 그 어느 나라보다도 훨씬 더 예슈아의 가르침 대로 행동하고 있다고 말할 수 있습니다. 대부분의 경우 우리 친구라고 주장하는 이들조차도 국제연합(유엔)과 여타 국제기구에서 종종 이스라엘을 무시해왔고 계속 무시하며 적대적으로 투표하고 있습니다. 저희에게는 지금 저희의 도움과 지원을 원하면서도 자기들에게 무기를 주지 않는다고 이스라엘을 비난하며 끊임없이 이스라엘에 적대적으로 투표하며 이스라엘에 대한 제재를 지지하고 있는 친구들이 있습니다. 그래도 저희는 그들을 도울 것입니다. 이스라엘이 우방들과 심지어 적국에게도 직접적이고 최고의 인도적 도움을 주는 것을 보는 것은 저 개인적으로 매우 고무적입니다. 이번 안식일 토라 포션은 “이드로”(모세의 장인)입니다. 우리는 출애굽기 18:1~20:23, 토라 수여에 관한 이야기를 전부 읽을 것입니다. 선지서에서는 이사야 6:1~7:6와 9:5-6를 읽고, 신약성경에서는 히브리서 12:1-29를 읽을 것입니다. 사실 성경 전체에 이따금 현명하고 친절하고 좋은 아이디어가 있고 하나님과 그분의 백성을 사랑하는 “고임”이라고 부르는 비-유대인, 비-이스라엘인인 이방인들이 끼어들어 있습니다. 아주 간단하고 아주 중요한 이러한 주목할 점이 이번 2023년 2월 11일 안식일 토라 포션의 시작입니다. 모세의 장인은 미디안 제사장으로, 이스라엘 자손이 홍해를 건너고 이제 시내산 근처에 진을 쳤을 때 모세의 미디안 아내 십보라의 아버지 이드로가 찾아왔습니다. 미디안 제사장 이드로는 그의 사위 모세를 지켜보다가 모세가 시간을 낭비하며 일을 적절히 잘하지 못하고 있음을 보았습니다. 그는 이전에 노예였던 이 군중을 판결하느라 너무나 에너지를 낭비하고 있었고 완전히 비효율적이었습니다. 그래서 모세의 장인 이드로는 시간 관리와 효율성과 지도자들의 에너지를 아낄 수 있는 매우 현대적이고 좋은 아이디어를 내놓았습니다. 이것이 성경에서 비-유대인이 그들의 믿음과 성실 때문에 칭찬을 받고 신망을 얻은 유일한 이야기인 것은 아닙니다. 여리고의 기생 라합도 있고, 이스라엘 사람들과 함께 출애굽한 겐 족속의 야엘도 있습니다. 3년 동안 엘리야 선지자를 먹여 살려 하나님께서 날마다 그녀의 그릇을 몇 배로 채워주신 두로 과부도 있습니다. 예슈아께서도 이스라엘 사람조차 받을만하지 않은 예우와 칭찬을 받을만한 의로운 이방인들이 있다는 것을 그분의 시대 유대인들에게 가르치시기 위해 이 과부의 경우를 사용하셨습니다. 이것이 우리에게 아주 중요한 교훈인 이유는, 특별히 유럽에서, 그리고 유럽 외에서도 유대인 핍박과 학살의 오랜 세월 동안 우리 유대인 편에서 유대인과 이스라엘 민족과 함께 일어선 모든 비-유대인에게 갑절의 감사를 표해야 하기 때문입니다. 유대인들 중에 민족적 증오를 낳는 일이 있습니다. 비록 그 수가 유대인들을 미워할 뿐만 아니라 학살한, 그리고 여전히 피에 굶주린 눈으로 유대인을 해하고 핍박하려는 수백만의 기독교인들과 무슬림과 비교할 때 아주 적은 수이기는 하지만 말입니다. 저희 유대인들에게는 비-유대인에 대한 민족적 증오와 차별은 어떤 것으로도 변명의 여지가 없습니다. 저희는 유대인으로서도 메시아 예슈아의 제자로서도 우리의 귀한 비-유대인 형제들에 대한 차별과 민족적 편견을 가질 여유가 없습니다! 토라 포션 “이드로”는 우리 모두가 “누가 말하건 진리를 받아들이라!”는 유명한 랍비 명언을 받아들이고 실행하는 것이 얼마나 중요한지를 아주 잘 상기시켜 주는 포션입니다. 우리는 낯설고 부적당한 사람이 말했다고 해서 자동적으로 배척하는 것이 아니라 사실과 진리를 살펴야 합니다. 우리가 그렇게 한다면, 온 이스라엘과 또 비-유대인 이웃과 친구들에게도 열매가 있게 될 화해와 건강한 관계 구축의 큰 걸음이 될 것입니다. 저는 출애굽기의 해당 구절로 이 기도 목록을 마치고 싶습니다: “모세의 장인 이드로가 번제물과 희생제물들을 하나님께 가져오매 아론과 이스라엘 모든 장로가 와서 모세의 장인과 함께 하나님 앞에서 떡을 먹으니라” 출애굽기 18:12 “이튿날 모세가 백성을 재판하느라고 앉아 있고 백성은 아침부터 저녁까지 모세 곁에 서 있는지라 14 모세의 장인이 모세가 백성에게 행하는 모든 일을 보고 이르되 네가 이 백성에게 행하는 이 일이 어찌 됨이냐 어찌하여 네가 홀로 앉아 있고 백성은 아침부터 저녁까지 네 곁에 서 있느냐 15 모세가 그의 장인에게 대답하되 백성이 하나님께 물으려고 내게로 옴이라 16 그들이 일이 있으면 내게로 오나니 내가 그 양쪽을 재판하여 하나님의 율례와 법도를 알게 하나이다 17 모세의 장인이 그에게 이르되 네가 하는 것이 옳지 못하도다 18 너와 또 너와 함께 한 이 백성이 필경 기력이 쇠하리니 이 일이 네게 너무 중함이라 네가 혼자 할 수 없으리라 19 이제 내 말을 들으라 내가 네게 방침을 가르치리니 하나님이 너와 함께 계실지로다 너는 하나님 앞에서 그 백성을 위하여 그 사건들을 하나님께 가져오며 20 그들에게 율례와 법도를 가르쳐서 마땅히 갈 길과 할 일을 그들에게 보이고 21 너는 또 온 백성 가운데서 능력 있는 사람들 곧 하나님을 두려워하며 진실하며 불의한 이익을 미워하는 자를 살펴서 백성 위에 세워 천부장과 백부장과 오십부장과 십부장을 삼아 22 그들이 때를 따라 백성을 재판하게 하라 큰 일은 모두 네게 가져갈 것이요 작은 일은 모두 그들이 스스로 재판할 것이니 그리하면 그들이 너와 함께 담당할 것인즉 일이 네게 쉬우리라 23 네가 만일 이 일을 하고 하나님께서도 네게 허락하시면 네가 이 일을 감당하고 이 모든 백성도 자기 곳으로 평안히 가리라” 출애굽기 18:13-23

지난 총선 이후 현재 새로운 정부 구성에 정치적 어려움이 있는 이스라엘을 위해 기도해 주시기 바랍니다. 이스라엘과 크네셋(의회)에서는 새 정부와 반대당과 관련하여 정치척 지진이 좀 있습니다.
이스라엘은 쉽사리 국가의 민주주의 종말에 이를 수 있을 수도 있는 상황에 처해 있습니다. 문제는 한쪽에만 있는 것이 아닙니다. 정치 스펙트럼의 양쪽으로부터 있습니다.
예루살렘에서는 하나님의 은혜와, 치유와 힘을 주시는 하나님의 부드러운 손길이 필요한 다음 형제자매님들을 위해 기도해 주십시오.

The Jerusalem Prayer List – February 10, 2023

God’s Judgement and Grace
The Middle East has much more than one problem and in the last few days the world has seen the forces of nature showing their power with vengeance in East Turkey and North West Syria. Several thousands died from the earth quakes and many thousands of buildings collapsed like they were made from cardboard or cheese cake. The word of God says that it is a terrible thing to fall into the hands of THE LORD in disfavor. Christians stress only the grace and love of the Lord and neglect to mention the wrath and anger of God. But just as God loves his children and shows them his grace in the same way, when we rebel and ignore and boldly break His commandments, His wrath and presence is also felt with clarity and without doubts. Our task is to share our love and prayers, interceding and helping and offering physical and humanitarian help, even to our enemies and to those who seek to destroy us as a people and as a nation. Yesterday there were a few very strong and deadly and destructive earth quakes in the region. Earth quakes that were north of Israel but were felt in Israel. Israel is the first country and the first neighboring country to immediately send specialists for rescue and recovery to the earthquake-stricken areas in Turkey. A hand for help was even offered to Syria and Jordan…. I can say without apologies that the state of Israel is acting by far more like Yeshua’s teaching than any country in the world. Most of the time even those who claim to be our friends, have often neglected and continue to neglect Israel in the UN and other international institutions and vote against it. We have friends who now want our help and support, who have even condemned Israel for not giving them weapons, and consistently vote against Israel and support sanctions against Israel, and we still help them. It is such an encouragement for me personally to see Israel officially offering firsthand and first-class humanitarian help to our friends and even to our enemies. The Torah reading this next Shabbat is Yitro (the father-in-law of Moses). We will be reading from Exodus 18:1-20:23, the whole story of the giving of the Torah from Exodus. From the prophets we are reading from Isaiah 6:1 - 7: 6, and from chapter 9:5-6. From the New Testament, we shall be reading from the letter to the Hebrews 12:1-29. The whole Bible actually interlines from time to time the fact that there are non-Jews, non-Israelites, what are called Gentiles, Goyim, that are wise and friendly and have good ideas and love God and His people. This very simple and very important note is actually the beginning of our Torah Reading this next Shabbat, February 11th, 2023. Moses’ father-in-law is a Midianite priest and as the children of Israel crossed the Red Sea and now, they are encamped near Mount Sinai and Jethro, the father of Zipporah the Midianite wife of Moses comes to visit. Jethro the Midianite Priest observes and sees that Moses, his son in law, is spinning his wheels and not doing his job properly. He's wasting too much energy trying to adjudicate this crowed of ex slaves and it is all done inefficiently. So, as the father-in-law of Moses, Jethro comes up with some very modern and good ideas of time management, efficiency, and preservation to save the energy of the leader. This is not the only story in which non-Jews in the Bible are praised and given the credit for their faith and faithfulness. We have Rahab the prostitute from Jericho, we have Yael from the tribe of the Kenites, that came out of Egypt with the Israelites. There is the widow woman from Tyra who fed Elijah the prophet for three years from food that God multiplied in her bowl daily. Yeshua uses this case of the widow to teach the Jewish people of his day that there are righteous gentiles that deserve every honor and praise that even Israelites themselves didn’t deserve. This is a very important lesson for us because over the years of persecution and murder of Jews ,especially in Europe, but not only in Europe, there has to be on our part, on the part of the Jewish people, a double appreciation for every non-Jew that stands with us and with the nation of Israel. The inbreeding of racial hate in some Jewish people, although it is a very small number in comparison of the millions of Christians and Muslims who have not only hated Jews but have slaughtered Jews, and are still with blood thirsty eyes, seeking to do harm and persecute Jews. For us as Jews nothing can be excused that has racial hatred and discrimination against non-Jews. We can simple not afford as Jews nor as disciples of Yeshua the Messiah, to discriminate and have racial prejudice for our dear and precious non-Jewish brothers! Reading the Torah portion of Yitro (Jethro) is a great reminder how important it is for all of us to receive and practice the famous Rabbinical saying: “Receive the truth no matter who says it!” We are to examine the facts and the truth and not automatically reject it because someone strange or unseemly said it. If we can do this, it would be such a great step of reconciliation and establishment of healthy relationships that will bring fruit to all of Israel and also to our non-Jewish neighbors and friends. I would like to finish this part of this prayer list with the text from Exodus: “And Jethro, Moses' father-in-law, brought a burnt offering and sacrifices to God; and Aaron came with all the elders of Israel to eat bread with Moses' father-in-law before God." Exodus 18:12 "The next day Moses sat to judge the people, and the people stood around Moses from morning till evening. 14 When Moses' father-in-law saw all that he was doing for the people, he said, "What is this that you are doing for the people? Why do you sit alone, and all the people stand around you from morning till evening?" 15 And Moses said to his father-in-law, "Because the people come to me to inquire of God; 16 when they have a dispute, they come to me and I decide between one person and another, and I make them know the statutes of God and his laws." 17 Moses' father-in-law said to him, "What you are doing is not good. 18 You and the people with you will certainly wear yourselves out, for the thing is too heavy for you. You are not able to do it alone. 19 Now obey my voice; I will give you advice, and God be with you! You shall represent the people before God and bring their cases to God,20 and you shall warn them about the statutes and the laws, and make them know the way in which they must walk and what they must do. 21 Moreover, look for able men from all the people, men who fear God, who are trustworthy and hate a bribe, and place such men over the people as chiefs of thousands, of hundreds, of fifties, and of tens. 22 And let them judge the people at all times. Every great matter they shall bring to you, but any small matter they shall decide themselves. So it will be easier for you, and they will bear the burden with you. 23 If you do this, God will direct you, you will be able to endure, and all this people also will go to their place in peace." Exodus 19:13-23
Pray for faithful brothers and sisters in Israel.
Please pray for Israel during these difficult moments of political needs in the creation of the new government after the last election. There are some major political earthquakes in Israel and in the Knesset (our parliament) with the new government and the opposition.
Israel is in a situation that can easily turn into an end of democracy in the State of Israel. The problem is not one-sided, it is from both sides of the political spectrum.
In Jerusalem pray for the following brothers and sisters who are in need of divine grace and the gentle touch of the hand of God for healing and strength.
Ilana Ahijervie, a dear sister who is 98 years old and suffering from memory problems.
Lea Korky, a dear sister who is 89 years old and served for many years as a nurse in the Sha’arei Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem.
Sarit, a sister born in Jerusalem, over 87 years old, lives alone. Has no close family, and suffers from several old-age illnesses.
Yehuda Hochman, is a dear older brother living in the Negev desert with some illness that needs healing.
Please continue to pray for My wife Marcia and her health. We need to pray for her strength and her energy and her arthritis and diabetic and memory problems.
Marcia and I are planning to travel to the United States in the middle of January until the end of February. I will be teaching in the United States and also traveling to Brazil to share and hold some important seminars on topics that need to be understood and practiced by the body of the Messiah worldwide. Very little of what Yeshua commanded His disciples is practiced and even instructed by the vast majority of the Christian community worldwide.
Your prayers for Alexander have been answered, but please keep praying for Alexander and for his sister Sarah, and his brother Andrew, and their general and spiritual welfare!
Please pray for Michael McGoff, Michael had heart surgery a few days ago and we need to pray for his full recovery.
Pray for Adam R., Adam works in Netivyah as the media director and he, like Yehuda and Daniel, has been raised in Netivyah congregation in the Galilee. Adam has lost much of his hearing as a result of a virus. Pray for Adam and his family of 8 children.
Pray for Adam’s father and mother, Barry and Dalia. They too have some health problems and challenges.
Pray for Miriam and for Hannah, her daughter. Miriam is a dear sister and has lost her husband recently. Pray for Daniel S. and his children. Our dear leader in the Ro’eh Israel congregation, Gary, and his health, and for his wife Melanie and their family.
Pray for Um Mahmud Abu-Eid and Jimmy Abu-Eid and all of the family. This is a dear family of old friends that needs healing and wisdom for the children and for their work.
Please pray for the Romero family who live deep in the Negev desert. It is hot there and they are far from our congregation, we miss them, but we wish them a wonderful summer.
Please pray for Alexander West and his sister Sarah West. Alexander has a very serious case of Covid, and he has asked for prayer. This is a good thing, since Alexander has been estranged form the faith for a season. Pray also for Ronan, Alexander’s wife, who also has a challenging case of Covid.
Pray for the Ro’eh Israel congregation and the leadership of Netivyah. I have received my last check in the end of August. I am no longer employed by Netivyah. I am continuing the Lord’s work without stopping or slowing down for one minute. I need your prayers because from January I will be living on a pension. Until January, by God’s grace!
Pray for our sister Nina Nichayev, who is in the hospital for tests. Nina needs our prayers and the prayers of our brothers and sisters around the world.

We bless our dear sister Celestine with health and blessings from Heaven for her life and her family. We pray for the Lord to be her comfort and provide sister Celestine all her physical and her spiritual and her social needs with His grace.
Pray for Deborah Isaiah. I pray for the Lord to find Deborah Isaiah and lead her to a blessed life and family and a solution to her problems.

Please mention the name Ray Chen and ask God to show this man the grace of God and God’s powerful healing of body and soul and restoration of faith and life of holiness and sanctity.

Pray for Rita Sassai, from Vitória, ES.
Pray for the congregations related to Netivyah in Brazil, to have the strength and stamina to face the challenges in front of them with courage and strength of faithfulness to the Lord, and to the vision of the restoration of the church and Israel.
Pray for the millions of victims of the Spanish and Portuguese Inquisition who have been forced to convert to the Catholic church, and now want to return home to the land of Israel and to the faith of our fathers.
Pray for the state of Israel to open the doors for these lost Jews to be able to return and fulfill God’s promises to the prophet Ovadyah:
“But on Mount Zion there shall be deliverance, And there shall be holiness; The house of Jacob shall possess their possessions. The house of Jacob shall be a fire, And the house of Joseph a flame; But the house of Esau shall be stubble; They shall kindle them and devour them, And no survivor shall remain of the house of Esau, For the Lord has spoken. The South shall possess the mountains of Esau, And the Lowland shall possess Philistia. They shall possess the fields of Ephraim And the fields of Samaria. Benjamin shall possess Gilead. And the captives of this host of the children of Israel Shall possess the land of the Canaanites As far as Zarephath. The captives of Jerusalem who are in Sepharad Shall possess the cities of the South. Then saviors shall come to Mount Zion To judge the mountains of Esau, And the kingdom shall be the Lord’s.” — Obadiah 1:17-21 [NKJV]
Pray for Paulo C. Pereira Braga Dias. He is the father of a dear sister in Brazil.
Pray for a dear young man, Paulo, from Curitiba, Brazil, who is seriously needing our prayers for sanity and mental health.
Pray for our dear brother Marcelo G. and his family. Marcelo is a pioneer in the establishing the Teaching from Zion ministry in Brazil and the Har Zion Congregation in Belo-Horizonte.
Pray for Marcelo’s father who is up in the years. Pray for our brothers in the Har Zion congregation, the widow of Pastor George, and for those who are ill and need healing.
Pray for Livia Schnell Nothen, she has some issues with her physical health and a growth in her adrenal gland. And other health issues.
Guilherme Antonio Nothen Becker, who is suffering from back problems. Aratuza de Oliveira his wife. Pray for this 3-year-old child that has serious problems with his eyes and ask the Lord to give healing to his eyes. This child’s name is Caique de Oliveira Becker.
Pray for Bernardo Antonio Nothen Becker. Bernardo is addicted to gambling and playing poker. This caused deep sorrow to his family.
Fernanda Nothen Becker, our dear sister has problems with her job that cause her pressure and challenges. Pray for the social situation in Fernanda’s work to turn and her suffering to turn into joy and friendship.
A 70-year-old Pastor Paulo C. Pereira Braga Dias, suffering from diabetes.
Pray for Sister Fernanda and her brother’s family.
Pray for Roberto Morias, a dear brother who is going through heart surgery and an angiogram.

Pray for sister Reiko Ishiida and Elder Takeo and his wife Tomoko from Tokyo, and for Daisuke Sensei in Osaka. Dr. Yuizawa, and Pastor Yushida and his family.
Pray for Sister Yoko Nagumo in Japan.
In India, Pastor Isaac, from Chennai, needs our prayers. Pastor Isaac is suffering from kidney problems and has to have dialysis several times per week.
Tony Tam and his wife Luisa and son Marco need special prayer for their situation.
Pray for the Cohen family in Hong Kong and for the leadership and congregation of 611 in Hong Kong.
We continue to pray for Zhou Wenrian, Abe family, Toru San, Yumi Ohara and her family. Deborah Ruth, Ayla and Daniel and their daughter. Dr. Song, and his wife Sister Harriet Kim.
Please pray for Ruby K. from Hong Kong. Ruby has gone through a very complicated surgery for multiple cancers in her body. The surgery was very long, and Ruby is back home now recovering. Please lift Ruby K. and ask the Lord to heal and deliver Ruby from Hong Kong.
Pray for family and friends and dear brothers and sisters in the United States of America.
Please pray for the daughter of Bill Colwell, who is very sick with cancer.
Please pray for my family in the United States: Barry my son and his wife Beth, and for Joey my grandson. Pray for their divine protection and health.
Pray for Danah my daughter's health issues. I pray for the Lord to give Danah wisdom and peace and calm in life and in her work.
Pray for Noaam my granddaughter. She is working two jobs now and needs good health and wisdom to make the right choices and plans for life, education, immigration to Israel, and just general protection from all harm.
Pray for David Young the preacher in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, who is back to preaching after recovering from medical issues. Please keep David in your prayers.
Pray for Ruby Little, our dear and faithful sister who has cancer and has stopped receiving medical treatment for the cancer that she has. Please pray for Ruby that the Lord will heal and strengthen her and provide for all her needs both medically and socially.
Aaron Hook, Nancy Hook’s oldest son, needs our prayers for wisdom and healing from past issues of life. Pray for Don, Aaron’s father and Nancy’s husband. Don and Nancy are now in the USA. Keep Nancy in your prayers.
Lift for blessing and healing Jonathan B. and his wife Aviva and their new baby, his mother, and his brother Daniel. Pray for these very important men of God: Rabbi Salt, his family, and Rabbi Hasselblad. They are both older and need protection and blessings.
Pray a blessing for a dear sister Angela Isby and her situation. Pray for Tiz H. and Lion H.
Also pray for Ilana Avramov who is married to my cousin Nissim and lives in New York City. Ilana has fallen and in now in rehab learning how to walk again. We pray for her full recovery. She and Nissim both need our prayers.
Joseph Mock, a young man in his 30s, a dear brother that was named after me, has leukemia in an advanced stage. He is in the hospital and needs our urgent prayers. Joseph Mock is the son of Steve Mock, who is also one of the faithful disciples of Yeshua who became a believer in the early years of Netivyah.
Steve Mock is also in need of our prayers. He had a massive stroke and now he cannot speak, and has other limitations. Please keep Steve Mock also in your prayers, and pray for his wife Josse for strength and blessings and good health.
Pray for three women of God in Canada who need healing, Lynda, Sandy and Joanne.
I pray that the Lord will inspire and motivate brothers and sisters and ministries who can help with this to visit here do what they can to make it possible for us to double or more than double, the number of people and families that we serve.
Please pray for Netivyah and for the good work that Netivyah is doing in Israel and around the world.
We need more workers because of the challenges and needs and opportunities to bless the King Yeshua and His Kingdom down here on Earth and bless the poor people of Jerusalem and produce more materials, books, and magazines.
We ask you to join us in prayer that the right young people, talented and anointed by the Spirit of God will come and work with us, and the provision to pay the Netivyah workers a fair and just payment.
