예루살렘 기도 목록 – 2021년 2월 18일

저는 예루살렘에 눈이 내리는 것을 보며 이 기도 목록을 쓰고 있습니다. 흰 옷을 입은 예루살렘은 흰 옷을 입고 신랑이 결혼식에 오기를 기다리는 신부를 연상시킵니다. 이번 안식일에 읽는 말씀은 아주 특별합니다.

부림절 직전 안식일은 “기억의 안식일”(히브리어로 샤밧 “자코르”)이라고 부릅니다. 이 안식일에 특별히 이 말씀을 읽는 이유는 에스더서와 토라에서 아말렉을 기억하여 이스라엘이 가나안 땅으로 오는 길에 시내광야 40년 유랑 생활 동안 그들이 이스라엘에 어떻게 했는지를 기억하라는 명령 때문입니다.

토라 포션은 출애굽기 25:1~27:19입니다. 선지자의 글에서 읽는 말씀은 열왕기상 5:12~6:13이며, 신약성경에서 읽는 말씀은 히브리서 9:1-10입니다. 기억의 안식일에 특별히 읽는 말씀은 신명기 25:17-19입니다.

“너희는 애굽에서 나오는 길에 아말렉이 네게 행한 일을 기억하라 곧 그들이 너를 길에서 만나 네가 피곤할 때에 네 뒤에 떨어진 약한 자들을 쳤고 하나님을 두려워하지 아니하였느니라 그러므로 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 기업으로 주어 차지하게 하시는 땅에서 네 하나님 여호와께서 사방에 있는 모든 적군으로부터 네게 안식을 주실 때에 너는 천하에서 아말렉에 대한 기억을 지워버리라 너는 잊지 말지니라.” – 신명기 25:17-19

이 말씀은 하나님께서 모든 세대의 이스라엘 백성에게 내리신 명령으로 여겨집니다. 저는 이것이 놀라운 명령이라고 생각합니다. 저는 많은 기독교인들이 그렇게 오래 전의 일을 기억하는 것은 끔찍한 일이라고 생각하리라는 것을 압니다. 우리는 용서하고 잊으라고 명령받았습니다!

이것은 맞지만, 우리는 테러와 증오와 피 흘림을 그치고 최소한 자기들이 잘못되고 나쁜 일을 했다고 고백하는 사람들을 용서하고 잊어야 하는 것입니다. 1950년대부터 제가 아직도 기억하는 이런 최고의 예는 서독의 콘라드 아데나워 수상이 예루살렘에 와서 이스라엘 의회(크네셋)에서 연설 중에 독일이 홀로코스트 때 행한 일에 대해 독일 국민의 이름으로 고백하고 참회한 일입니다.

독일의 참회는 행동이 동반되었습니다. 외교관계가 수립되고, 이스라엘에 독일 대사관을 열고, 본(구서독의 수도)에 이스라엘 대사관이 세워졌습니다. 유대민족에게 저질러진 그 모든 끔찍한 만행에도 불구하고 독일과 이스라엘 사이에 용서와 화해가 이루어졌습니다.

아말렉은 증오와 유대민족을 없애버리고자 하는 바람을 결코 그치지 않았습니다. 심지어 성경 안에서도 수백 년 후에 아말렉 아각 왕의 한 후손을 볼 수 있습니다. 이 아각은 사울왕이 살려두어 사무엘이 와서 아각의 목을 치게 함으로, 사울왕은 그의 왕관과 왕의 직분과 주님의 은총을 잃게 되는 원인이 되었던 자입니다. 사울이 그 아말렉인을 살려두어 하나님의 명령을 순종하지 않았기 때문입니다.

저는 확신을 가지고 이것을 말할 수 있습니다. 유대인들은 기억력이 좋은데, 역사에 대해서만큼은 특히 그렇습니다. 저희는 우리의 원수를 기억하여 원수들이 두 번 다시는 우리 민족을 죽이고 테러하고 해를 입힐 기회를 얻지 못하도록 확실히 합니다. 저희는 저희를 축복하고 우리 민족에 선을 행한 사람들도 결코 잊지 않습니다.

저희 민족의 이 두 속성의 좋은 예가 예루살렘에 있는 야드 바쉠 홀로코스트박물관과 미국 워싱턴디씨(D.C.)에 있는 홀로코스트박물관입니다. 이 두 박물관에는 나치 홀로코스트 만행의 기념물과 문서들이 있는 동시에, 자신이 위험에 처하는 것을 무릅쓰고 동유럽 깊은 곳까지 유럽 전역에 흩어져 있었던 죽음의 수용소와 나치의 손아귀에서 유대인들을 구해낸, 유럽 전역과 심지어 일본과 중국으로부터의 수만의 기독교인들을 기리는 기념물과 명예장도 있습니다. 한 명이라도 유대인을 구해낸 이런 이방인 한 사람 한 사람을 위해 나무가 심겨졌으며, “이방인 중의 의인”이라고 불리는 이런 많은 사람들이 그들의 이름으로 훈장과 명예장을 받은 것 외에도 여생 동안 연금을 받기도 했습니다.

아말렉인들의 경우에, 저희는 실제로 기억하고 잊지 말라는 하나님의 명령을 받았습니다. 저는 이것이 범상치 않은 명령이지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 우리가 그 명령을 기억하여 시내광야 40년 유랑생활 때 이스라엘에 너무도 잔인하고 가혹했던 아말렉을 기억하는 것이 현명한 거룩한 명령임을 깨닫습니다.

이번 안식일 토라 포션에는 다른 중요한 것들도 있습니다. 이번 토라 포션은 “파라샷 테루마”라고 합니다. 다음 구절은 이번 토라 포션의 시작 부분입니다:

“여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하여 이르시되 이스라엘 자손에게 명령하여 내게 예물을 가져오라 하고 기쁜 마음으로 내는 자가 내게 바치는 모든 것을 너희는 받을지니라 너희가 그들에게서 받을 예물은 이러하니 금과 은과 놋과 청색 자색 홍색 실과 가는 베 실과 염소 털과 붉은 물 들인 숫양의 가죽과 해달의 가죽과 조각목과 등유와 관유에 드는 향료와 분향할 향을 만들 향품과 호마노며 에봇과 흉패에 물릴 보석이니라.” – 출애굽기 25:1-7

이 본문은 바울이 예슈아의 디아스포라(소아시아, 그리스, 로마) 제자들에게 예루살렘 성도들을 위해 헌금하라고 한 명령이자 요청의 근거 말씀입니다. 모든 바울서신에는 모금과 헌금의 명령이자 권면이 있습니다.

다른 말로 하자면, 사도 바울이 교회들에 편지를 쓴 것은 문제들과 신학적 이슈들을 다루기 위한 것이기도 했지만, 헌금을 모금하기 위한 것이기도 했습니다. 그의 편지 하나 하나에 모금, “헌금”(“선물, 봉헌, 모금”)의 요소가 있습니다.

제가 이것의 몇 가지 예를 들어보겠습니다. 대부분의 기독교인들과 심지어 목사님들도 이것을 모르고 구약성경에 의지하여 기독교인들이 “십일조”(소득의 1/10)를 내야 한다고 가르치고 있기 때문입니다.

기독교 안의 이런 가르침은 가톨릭교회의 대체신학의 일부분입니다. 그들은 토라와 선지서는 버렸지만, 십일조는 간직하여, 아무런 비난도 받지 않으면서 자기 교구민들에게 십일조를 요구했습니다. 유럽과 심지어 핀란드의 몇몇 오래된 성당에 가보면, 교회 벽면에 헌금 주머니에 돈을 넣지 않은 사람들이 그 끝에 헌금 주머니가 있는 긴 나무 뿔로 머리를 맞는 그림이 있는 것을 볼 수 있습니다.

“이는 마게도냐와 아가야 사람들이 예루살렘 성도 중 가난한 자들을 위하여 기쁘게 얼마를 연보하였음이라 저희가 기뻐서 하였거니와 또한 저희는 그들에게 빚진 자니 만일 이방인들이 그들의 영적인 것을 나눠 가졌으면 육적인 것으로 그들을 섬기는 것이 마땅하니라.” – 로마서 15:26-27

“성도를 위하는 연보에 관하여는 내가 갈라디아 교회들에게 명한 것 같이 너희도 그렇게 하라 매주 첫날에 너희 각 사람이 수입에 따라 모아 두어서 내가 갈 때에 연보를 하지 않게 하라 내가 이를 때에 너희가 인정한 사람에게 편지를 주어 너희의 은혜를 예루살렘으로 가지고 가게 하리니 만일 나도 가는 것이 합당하면 그들이 나와 함께 가리라.” – 고린도전서 16:1-4

“형제들아 하나님께서 마게도냐 교회들에게 주신 은혜를 우리가 너희에게 알리노니 환난의 많은 시련 가운데서 그들의 넘치는 기쁨과 극심한 가난이 그들의 풍성한 연보를 넘치도록 하게 하였느니라 내가 증언하노니 그들이 힘대로 할 뿐 아니라 힘에 지나도록 자원하여 이 은혜와 성도 섬기는 일에 참여함에 대하여 우리에게 간절히 구하니 우리가 바라던 것뿐 아니라 그들이 먼저 자신을 주께 드리고 또 하나님의 뜻을 따라 우리에게 주었도다.” – 고린도후서 8:1-5

이 구절들은 사도 바울의 서신 중에서 그가 교회들에 예루살렘의 가난한 성도들을 위해 헌금하라고 권한 몇 개의 예에 불과합니다. 바울은 그의 명령이자 제안을 이번 안식일 토라 포션 파라샷 테루마 말씀에 근거한 것입니다.

마르시아를 위해 계속 특별 기도를 해주시기 바랍니다. 주님께 찬양 드리는 것은 마르시아가 코로나바이러스 1차 백신을 맞았습니다. 그리고 주님의 뜻이면, 3월 5일에 2차 백신을 맞습니다. 마르시아는 확실히 상당히 기력이 없어졌습니다. 에너지가 거의 없고 하루 중 대부분의 시간을 누워있습니다. 저는 주님의 은혜로 마르시아를 고쳐주시어 기동하며 저와 함께 여행하며 저희 회중과 공동체와 전 세계에 흩어져 있는 우리 형제들과 친구들에게 축복이 되도록 회복시켜 주실 것을 기도하며 믿습니다. 마르시아를 위해 기도해 주시기 바랍니다!

네티비야가 예루살렘의 가난한 사람들을 돌보고 먹이며 자기 자녀와 가족을 먹이는 데에 도움이 필요한 이 도시 사람들을 축복하는 일을 계속할 수 있도록 도와주시는 것을 고려해 보시기 바랍니다.

예루살렘의 가난한 사람들을 먹이기 위한 하모찌 프로그램은 계속되고 있으며, 코로나바이러스로 인한 봉쇄와 격리 대부분의 기간 동안 멈춘 적이 없습니다. 저희 프로그램에서 식료품을 받으러 오는 필요한 사람들의 수가 증가했고 전반적인 필요도 늘었습니다.

브라질 꾸리띠바의 우리의 귀한 모이제스 형제님은 더 이상 우리와 함께 있지 않습니다. 코로나바이러스가 모이제스의 최고의 것을 앗아갔습니다. 우리는 우리의 귀한 모이제스 형제님과, 예슈아께서 그분의 죽으심과 장사와 죽은 자 가운데 부활하심으로 씻기신 그분의 모든 성도와 제자들과 함께 영원을 누릴 날을 고대합니다.

죽은 자 가운데 부활을 믿지 않는 제자들은 모든 자 가운데 가장 비참하다고 합니다. 주님께서 다시 오시고 죽은 자들이 다시 일어난다는 것이 우리의 큰 소망과 믿음입니다. 주님께서 우리 모이제스 형제님의 가족과 그가 그토록 신실하게 섬긴 회중을 위로해 주시기를 기도합니다.

예루살렘의 아주 특별한 유치원 “작은 마음들”을 위해 기도해 주십시오. 이 특별한 유치원 원장은 저희 회중의 지체입니다.

귀한 리비아 슈넬 노텐 자매님을 위해 계속 기도해 주십시오. 여러분의 기도에 필립 마크 형제님을 기억해 주시기 바랍니다. 파울로 씨(C.) 페레이라 브라가 디아스를 위해 기도해 주십시오. 그는 브라질의 한 귀한 자매님의 아버지입니다.

저희 손자 죠셉도 적합한 장학금을 받고 대학교에 입학할 수 있도록 기도가 필요합니다. 여러분의 기도 가운데 저희 아들 배리와 그의 가족 베쓰와 저희 손자 죠이를 올려드려 코로나바이러스로부터 보호받아 감염되지 않도록 기도해 주십시오. 마르시아의 친정어머니 준은 91세시며 건강이 나빠지고 있습니다.

우리의 귀한 하닷사 자매님은 암으로부터 계속 치유되고 회복되고 있습니다. 여러분의 기도에 자매님을 기억해 주십시오.

The Jerusalem Prayer List – February 18, 2021

I’m writing this prayer list while watching the snow falling on Jerusalem. Jerusalem dressed in white is a reminder of the bride dressed in white waiting for the bridegroom to come for the wedding. The reading this Shabbat is very special.

The Shabbat just prior to the feast of Purim is called the “Shabbat of Remembrance” (in Hebrew, Shabbat “Zachor”). The reason for this special reading is the command in the book of Esther and in the Torah to remember the Amalekites and what they did to Israel during their forty years of wandering in the Sinai wilderness on the way to the land of Canaan.

The Torah reading is from Exodus 25:1 – 27:19. From the prophets the reading is from 1 Kings 5:12 – 6:13, and the reading from the New Testament is from Hebrews 9:1-10. The special reading for Shabbat of Remembrance is from Deuteronomy 25:17-19.

“Remember what Amalek did to you on the way as you were coming out of Egypt, how he met you on the way and attacked your rear ranks, all the stragglers at your rear, when you were tired and weary; and he did not fear God. Therefore, it shall be, when the Lord your God has given you rest from your enemies all around, in the land which the Lord your God is giving you to possess as an inheritance, that you will blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven. You shall not forget.” – Deuteronomy 25:17-19 [NKJV]

This text is considered a command from God to all of the generations of the people of Israel. I think that it is a wonderful command. I realize that many Christians will think that it a terrible thing to remember something from that long ago. We are commanded to forgive and forget!

This is true, but we are to forgive and forget those who have stopped the terrorism and the hate and the bloodshed and have at least confessed that they did something that is wrong and bad. The best example of this that I still remember from the early 1950’s is when the Chancellor of West Germany, Konrad Adenauer, came to Jerusalem and addressed the Israeli Parliament (The Knesset) confessing and repenting in the name of the German nation for what Germany did in the Holocaust.

The repentance of Germany was accompanied by action. Diplomatic relations were established, the German Embassy was opened in Israel and an Israeli embassy was setup in Bonn. In spite of all of the terrible horrors that were perpetrated against the Jewish nation, forgiveness and reconciliation took place between Germany and Israel.

Amalek never stopped the hate and the desire to wipe out the Jewish nation and even in the Bible itself we find many hundreds years later, a descendent of Agog the king of Amalek, whom King Saul spared and Samuel came and delivered Agog from his head, and King Saul lost his crown and his kingship and the favor of the Lord, because he spared the Amalekite, and didn’t obey God’s command.

I can say this with confidence. The Jewish people have a good memory, especially when it comes to history. We remember our enemies and make sure that they don’t get a second chance to kill to terrorize and to damage our people. We also never forget those who blessed us and have done good to our people.

A good example of these two traits of our nation is the Yad Vashem Museum of the Holocaust in Jerusalem, and the Holocaust Museum in Washington D.C. In these museums there are memorials and documentation of the horrors of the Nazi holocaust, and in the same places there is a memorial and honor for the tens of thousands of Christians throughout Europe and even from Japan and China, who endangered themselves to save Jews from the hands of the Nazis and the death camps that were spread throughout Europe all the way deep into Eastern Europe. There is a tree planted for each one of the Gentiles who saved even one Jew, and many of these who are called “Righteous from among the Gentiles,” received a lifetime financial pension, besides the medal and the honor of a memorial in their name.

In the case of the Amalekites, we are actually commanded by God to remember and not to forget. I realize that this is an unusual command, but none the less it is a divine command that it is wise and right for us to remember the command and to remember the Amalekites who were so cruel and so hard on Israel during their forty years of wandering in the Sinai desert.

There are other things that are important in the Torah reading of this Shabbat. The name of the portion is called Parashat Terumah. This is from the beginning of the Torah reading:

“Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: ‘Speak to the children of Israel, that they bring Me an offering. From everyone who gives it willingly with his heart you shall take My offering. And this is the offering which you shall take from them: gold, silver, and bronze; blue, purple, and scarlet thread, fine linen, and goats’ hair; ram skins dyed red, badger skins, and acacia wood; oil for the light, and spices for the anointing oil and for the sweet incense; onyx stones, and stones to be set in the ephod and in the breastplate.’” – Exodus 25:1-7 [NKJV]

This text is the basic text that Paul is basing his command and request for the disciples of Yeshua in the diaspora (Asia Minor, Greece, and Rome) to make contributions for the saints in Jerusalem. All of Paul’s letters have the command and the encouragement to make collections and contributions.

In other words, the Apostle Paul is writing his letters to the churches to deal with problems and theological issues but also for fundraising. Each one of his letters has that element of fundraising, of giving “offerings” (“gifts, contributions, collection”).

Let me just give you a few examples of this because most Christians and even pastors don’t realize this and resort to going to the Old Testament and teach that Christians ought to be giving a “tithe” (10 percent of their income).

This teaching in Christianity is a part of the replacement theology of the Catholic Church. They rejected the Torah and the prophets, but they kept the 10 percent and demanded it from their parishioners with impunity. In some of the old Catholic churches in Europe, even in Finland, you see the paintings on the walls of the church where people who didn’t put the money in the collection bag would be hit on the head with the long wooden poll that held the bag at its end.

The teaching of giving by the apostles in the New Testament is based on this week’s Torah portion: “they bring Me an offering. From everyone who gives it willingly with his heart you shall take My offering.”

“For it pleased those from Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor among the saints who are in Jerusalem. It pleased them indeed, and they are their debtors. For if the Gentiles have been partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister to them in material things.” – Romans 15:26-27 [NKJV]

“Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given orders to the churches of Galatia, so you must do also: On the first day of the week let each one of you lay something aside, storing up as he may prosper, that there be no collections when I come. And when I come, whomever you approve by your letters I will send to bear your gift to Jerusalem. But if it is fitting that I go also, they will go with me.” – 1 Corinthians 16:1-4 [NKJV]

“Moreover, brethren, we make known to you the grace of God bestowed on the churches of Macedonia: that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded in the riches of their liberality. For I bear witness that according to their ability, yes, and beyond their ability, they were freely willing, imploring us with much urgency that we would receive the gift and the fellowship of the ministering to the saints. And not only as we had hoped, but they first gave themselves to the Lord, and then to us by the will of God.” – 2 Corinthians 8:1-5 [NKJV]

These are just a few of the examples from the Apostle Paul’s letters where he encourages the churches to make a contribution (an offering) for the poor saints in Jerusalem. Paul bases his command and suggestion on this Shabbat’s Torah reading from Parashat Terumah.

Please continue to pray a special prayer for Marcia. Praise the Lord she received the first vaccination for the Coronavirus and on March 5th, the Lord willing she will receive the second vaccination. Marcia is definitely slowed down significantly. She has very little energy and she rests most of the day. I am praying and believing for the Lord’s grace for healing Marcia and restoring her ability to function and travel with me and be a blessing to the local congregation and community and to our brothers and friends around the world. Pray for Marcia, please!

The Hamotzi program for feeding the needy of Jerusalem is ongoing and has not stopped during most of the coronavirus lock-down and quarantine. The number of needy people who come to receive food from our program has increased and overall need has increased.

We have a new prayer request from a dear family in Jerusalem that needs urgent divine help and guidance. The family of our dear brother Adam R.

Our dear brother Moises from Curitiba, Brazil, is no longer with us. The coronavirus has gotten the best of Moises. We are looking forward to spending eternity with our dear brother Moises and all the saints and disciples of Yeshua who have been washed in His death, burial and resurrection from the dead.

Those disciples who don’t believe in the resurrection from the dead are called most miserable of all. This is our great hope and faith that the Lord will return, and the dead will arise. May the Lord comfort the family of our brother Moises and the congregation that he served so faithfully.

Pray for a very special kindergarten in Jerusalem “Little Hearts.” The director of this special kindergarten is one of our own from the congregation.

Keep praying for a dear sister, Livia Schnell Nothen. Please keep brother Philip Marc in your prayers. Pray for Paulo C. Pereira Braga Dias. He is the father of a dear sister in Brazil.

Pray for all those wonderful, dedicated brothers and sisters in Korea who stood with Israel and with Netivyah to revive their dedication and not forget their first love for Israel and for Netivyah.

Danah our daughter, needs much prayer for her health and her situation. Our granddaughter Noaam is a senior in high-school and working through Zoom to finish her high school. Pray for the Lord to give Noaam guidance and direction for graduation from high school.

Our grandson Joseph also needs prayer to be able to get into college with proper scholarships. Please lift Barry our son and his family, Beth, and Joey our grandson to be protected and spared any contact and infection of the coronavirus. Marcia’s mother June is 91 years old and her health is failing.

Our dear sister Hadassah continues healing and recovery from cancer. Keep her in your prayers.

I am adding a new prayer request from a leader of God’s people in India, Joy Mathew. Joy has a serious heart condition and has asked for prayer.

Keep praying for Nancy, Don and their son Aaron Hook, Rachel David Kim’s wife – Jingyung Lee, Dr. Yuizawa, Tiz H., Lion H., Ilana Abramov, Cynthia Parveen’s sister, David Stern and his family, Anne West who is now 100 years old. Keep praying for Gary, and Melanie.

Remember the following brothers and sisters from the Roeh Israel Congregation in Jerusalem; Sarit, Gabriela, Ahuva, Leah, Ilana, Hannah, young Gabriela, Jonathan B. and his wife Aviva and their baby. Pray for Sister Yoko Nagumo in Japan. Sister Yoko had a stroke, and we pray that her recovery will be quick and complete.

From Chennai, India, please remember Pastor Isaac. Pastor Isaac is an older man with severe kidney problems and has to have dialysis several times per week. Remember Tony and Louisa Tam, and our brothers and sisters at the 611 Church, and the other churches who love God and love Israel in that great city. Remember in your prayers the Cohen family in Hong Kong.

Just a word of grace before the mercy seat of the Almighty will be heard in favor of these brothers and Um Mahmud Abu-Eid and Jimmy Abu-Eid and his family, Keijo and Salme our dear brothers in Finland, Tim Tucker, Satu-Maria, Sinni Tuuli, Anne Mirjami our dear sister and all our other brothers and sisters in Finland who need our prayers, Eva H., Patty, Andrea, Julia and Victor, and Aaron Tani, and Hillel and his wife.

We continue to pray for Zhou Wenrian, the Abe family, Toru, Takeo Sensei, Daisuke Sensei, Tomoko San, Yumi and her father Pastor Ohara, George, and Pastor Isaac in Chennai, India.

I have just received a prayer request from a dear sister from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Her father who is 70 years old and diabetic has contracted the COVID-19 virus. His name is Paulo C. Pereira Braga Dias.

Please see your prayer as casting a vote for healing before the Lord and His angels in Heaven in favor of every brother and sister that you are praying for. Just a word of grace for all of us is a refreshing spirit. Take your prayers before the mercy seat of the Almighty to be heard in favor of those that you are lifting in prayer.

Ahuva. Please pray for a dear brother who is well into his 90’s and lost his wife a couple of weeks ago. His name is Dov H. Please keep in your prayers a dear sister who attends our congregation in Jerusalem. Her name is Hadassah and she just had cancer surgery. Pray for Hadassah for a full recovery and remission from cancer in her body.

Pray for Israel. We are going through terrible riots and violence in the streets of Jerusalem and Tel-Aviv and other places around the country. These riots are motivated by the fact that much of the populace of Israel does not understand what the government is doing in relationship to the coronavirus pandemic.

I pray that the Lord will inspire and motivate brothers and sisters and ministries who can help with this to visit our webpage and do what they can to make it possible for us to double or more than double, the number of people and families that we serve.

The coronavirus is threatening the economy of the world with a great recession and depression. Some of our major supporters have already lowered the amount of their support. They have done this not only toward Netivyah, but for all the ministries that they are supporting, and they are many. I would like to first ask you to pray about your part in supporting Netivyah Bible Instruction Ministry.

Second, I would like for you who stand with us in prayer and financially to do your absolute best to stay on board with us and communicate. We realize that times will be hard for several years, but we also realize that God has chosen and blessed you for such a time as this.

Third please pray for a new project that we are starting in Israel in partnership with the Houses for Healing ministry from Abilene, Texas. 
 

I wish all of you, who stand with Israel and who pray for Jerusalem, the best of the Lord’s blessings and the fulfillment of all His promises to His faithful children. Those who hear God and do His will are the ones who are called wise! Those who only hear His word and don’t do it are called foolish! Let us all strive to be wise and never foolish!
