여러분 제가 다니엘 말씀으로 드리는 기도에 함께 하시겠습니까?
“… 크시고 두려워할 주 하나님, 주를 사랑하고 주의 계명을 지키는 자를 위하여 언약을 지키시고 그에게 인자를 베푸시는 이시여” “우리는 이미 범죄하여 패역하며 행악하며 반역하여 주의 법도와 규례를 떠났사오며...” “주여 공의는 주께로 돌아가고 수치는 우리 얼굴로 돌아옴이 오늘과 같아서 … 가까운 곳에 있는 자들이나 먼 곳에 있는 자들이 다 주께서 쫓아내신 각국에서 수치를 당하였사오니 이는 그들이 주께 죄를 범하였음이니이다.” (단 9:4-7)
저는 우리가 이 때 지상에 있는 세대라는 것이 얼마나 큰 특권인지 생각하지 않을 수 없습니다!
어떤 분들은 전 세계가 코로나바이러스라는 현대 재앙에 맞닥뜨리고 있는 점을 생각하면 이것이 이상한 말이라고 생각하실지 모르겠습니다. 그런데 우리보다 앞서 얼마나 많은 믿는 이들의 세대가 메시아의 재림이 가까이 다가오고 있는 이 마지막 때를 기다리며 지나갔습니까? 물어야 할 질문은 우리가 뭘 하고 있어야 하며 뭘 예상할 수 있는가?입니다. 요셉 때 애굽에서 그가 그의 형제들에게 자신을 드러내기 직전에 마지막 때와 비슷한 “징후”가 보였습니다. 그는 뭘 했습니까? 그는 모든 애굽 사람들은 방에서 나가라고 했습니다. 우리 시대에는 어떤 일이 일어났습니까? 외국에서 오는 관광객들은 이 땅에 들어오지 못하도록 제한을 두고 있습니다. 메시아가 그분의 민족에 드러나시는 때에 가까워지고 있는 것일까요? 히브리 사람들은 출애굽 직전 재앙이 있던 때에 고센 땅에 있었습니다. 고센 땅은 재앙으로 인해 어떤 영향을 받았습니까? 그곳에 흑암이 있었습니까? 아니오. 사실 고센 땅 전역을 지나갔던 유일한 재앙은 죽음의 사자였습니다. 그러나 그들은 그들의 문설주에 바른 희생양의 피로 보호받았습니다. 우리는 오늘날의 재앙들이 우리가 살고 있는 도시들에 가득해 질 때 예슈아의 피로 보호받고, 나아가 믿음과 소망이 충만한 주님의 증인이 되어야 합니다. 승리는 우리의 것이 아닌, 우리를 통한 주님의 것입니다. 다른 사람들이 주님의 평안을 경험할 수 있도록. 하나님께서는 재앙 하나로도 애굽에서 모든 일을 이루실 수도 있었을 것입니다. 왜 바로의 마음이 완악해지는 과정이 거듭 반복되어야 했을까요? 우리가 최근 전 세계에 걸쳐 일어난 재앙들을 생각한다면, 우리는 무엇을 볼 수 있을까요? 지진, 화산폭발, 홍수. 불행하게도, 사람들은 이런 것들을 살피고 그것들을 지난 다음 전처럼 삶으로 돌아가는 경향이 있습니다. 민수기 16:41-50는 하나님께서 왜 때때로 어떤 일을 반복하시는지를 보여주는데요, 우리로 하여금 목적을 알게 하시려는 것입니다. 사람들은 불평하고 있었고, 하나님께서는 모세와 아론에게 이제 됐으니 비키라고 말씀하셨습니다. 그들은 어떻게 했습니까? 그들은 백성을 멸하지 않으실 하나님의 마음을 알았기 때문에, 향로를 가지고 그들 가운데 섰습니다. 그들은 죄를 속하기 위해 회중 가운데 향로를 들고 삶과 죽음 사이에 섰습니다. 염병이 이미 시작되었던 것입니다. 많은 사람들이 죽었지만, 염병은 전멸되기 전에 그쳤습니다. 사람들은 사람의 지혜나 지식이 아닌, 하나님께 대하여 깨어나야 했습니다. 우리의 위치는 하나님의 마음을 구하는 것입니다. 이것이 그분의 마음입니다: ‘너는 그들에게 말하라 주 여호와의 말씀이니라 나의 삶을 두고 맹세하노니 나는 악인이 죽는 것을 기뻐하지 아니하고 악인이 그의 길에서 돌이켜 떠나 사는 것을 기뻐하노라 이스라엘 족속아 돌이키고 돌이키라 너희 악한 길에서 떠나라 어찌 죽고자 하느냐 하셨다 하라.’ (겔 33:11) 우리의 위치는 이곳 지상에서 그분의 증인이 되는 것입니다. 제사장 아론이 향로를 들고 사람들 사이에 서서 그들을 위해 중보하도록 부름 받은 것처럼. 예루살렘에서부터 땅 끝까지 저희와 함께 실시간 예배드립시다! 아셰르 인트레이터 목사님과 론 칸토르 목사님이 여러분에게 강력한 메시지로 섬길 것입니다. 리바이브 이스라엘 예배팀은, 예루살렘에서부터 땅 끝까지 우리가 함께 주님을 찬양할 때, 하나님의 임재가 있도록 인도할 것입니다. 여기에서 보십시오! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Corona Comparisons, Plagues and Priests

“O Lord, great and awesome God, who keeps His covenant and mercy with those who love Him, and with those who keep His commandments.” “We have sinned and committed iniquity, we have done wickedly and rebelled, even by departing from Your precepts and Your judgments...” “O Lord, righteousness belongs to You, but to us shame of face … those near and those far off in all the countries to which You have driven them, because of the unfaithfulness which they have committed against You.” (Daniel 9:4-7)
I cannot help but think how privileged we are to be among the generation here on earth at this time!
Some may think this an odd statement considering what the world is facing with the modern day plague called coronavirus. However, how many generations of believers have gone before us waiting for these last days when the return of Messiah was drawing near? The question is what should we be doing and what can we expect? Similar “symptoms” of the last days were seen during Joseph's time in Egypt just before he revealed himself to his brothers. What did he do? He asked all the Egyptians to leave the room. What happened in our day? Tourists from abroad were restricted from entering the land. Are we drawing closer to the revealing of Messiah to His people? The Hebrews were in Goshen before the Exodus at the time of the plagues. How was Goshen affected by the plagues? Was there darkness there? No. In fact the only plague that went through Goshen was the angel of death, yet they were covered by the blood of the sacrificial lamb on their doorposts. We need to be covered with the blood of Yeshua as the plagues of today fill our cities; to be a witness of Him as we go forth, filled with faith and hope. The victory is not ours but His through us in order that others may experience His peace. God could have accomplished everything in Egypt with one plague. Why was it necessary to repeat the process of Pharaoh’s heart being hardened over and over? If we think about the disasters that have happened throughout the world recently what do we see? Earthquakes, volcanoes, floods. Unfortunately, people tend to go through these, get past them and go back to life as usual. Numbers 16:41-50 shows why God sometimes repeats things in order for us to get the point. The people were complaining, God told Moses and Aaron to get out of the way because well, enough is enough. What did they do? Because they knew God's heart, which was not to destroy His people; they stood in the midst with an offering. They stood between life and death holding the censer in the midst of the congregation for atonement of sins. The plague had begun. Many died, and yet the plague was stopped before total destruction. The people needed to be awakened to God, not the wisdom and knowledge of man. Our place is to seek the heart of God. This is his heart: ‘As I live,’ says the Lord God, ‘I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why should you die, O house of Israel?’ (Ezekiel 33:11) Our place is to be his witnesses here on earth. Like Aaron the priest we are called to stand in the midst of the people, raising the censer and interceding on their behalf. Worship with us live from Jerusalem to the Ends of the Earth!
